This newly built bungalow in downtown Cobourg, offers a fully furnished 1 bedroom accessory unit with private entrance and backyard patio. We are in the north end of the George St heritage district and within walking distance to the train station, to town, to the beach, shopping and restaurants. This property dates back to 1859 and was a small workers cottage. It needed to be torn down but was rebuilt to include this cozy rental suite with it's own private outdoor space to enjoy.
