Private bedroom, access to the rest of the house.The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The layout is a four level split, the bedroom is on the top floor. Kitchen, living room and other spaces can be used as needed and negotiated. I work part-time so I'll be in and out of the house but you will have access to the house with the key for your convenience. I do have a cat if you have allergies.
