Everything we eat has a direct impact on not just our body, but also our mind, thoughts and emotions. This is the basis of Ayurveda.
During our time together, we would be using mostly everyday ingredients, and look at them from a whole new light.The basis of dishes would be Indian.
We would be making my favourite wholesome meals. While we cook, I will also share some knowledge about cooking methods and super ingredients in Ayurveda.
My goal is not just to teach how how to cook, but I want to empower you with the knowledge of how to use food to help live your best, most impactful life.

Menu 01: Ayurvedic Style Lunch:Thursday, Friday and Sunday
Moong Dal and Spinach Soup

Menu 02: Ayurvedic Style Breakfast: Monday, Tuesday and Saturday
Spiced Chai Oats

  • Menu 01: Spinach Dal: Yellow lentils (presoaked for 1 hour before cook time), desi ghee, spinach, coriander leaves, 1 large onion, ginger, garlic
  • Coconut Rice: Boiled rice (any variety; basmati, brown or jasmine), mustard seeds, curry leaves, salted peanuts, fresh shredded coconut.
  • Turmeric Pickle: Fresh turmeric (if unavailable then ginger), lemons.
  • Common spices: Turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, coriander seeds, asafoetida powder.
  • Menu 02: Spiced Chai Oats: milk, cinnammon powder, dried ginger powder or fresh ginger juice, black tea granules , quick cooking oats, any sweetner of your choice

I am a certified ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher, organic farmer, powerlifter and a full time mother. I strongly believe in mindful eating. Being from north India, I am inclined towards organic farming, and practice the same at my farm. Being a vegetarian and a yoga practitioner, the love for Ayurveda is natural. The bent towards using food as medicine and healing has been my favourite thing since a while now. On this experience, I would love to share my recipes of health and happiness with you. The cooing class was great! It was so much fun to cook our meal together. Everything was well explained so that you don't need to be an excellent cook. The class was very hands-on, and we learned many techniques along the way. The atmosphere was warm and friendly --- like cooking at home with friends. The chef, Sahiba, is very helpful and hospitable! Also all the food was delicious! There was a great variety in the dishes, and they were recipes that I would certainly make again. I can't say enough about what a great time and fun we had, highly recommended

I've enjoyed multiple online cooking experiences with Sahiba. She is an educator who cares about people's well-being. It is so much more than just preparing great tasting & healthy food with Sahiba. I love this class so much , the food is delicious and I would consider that Sahiba is a now a friend as she is such a lovely and engaging host She is very passionate about the cooking and really makes the effort to make sure that we all can keep up and that our dishes turn out well I love her classes and keep coming back I would really recommend this to anyone for some fabulous food and company

This was my first experience with online cooking lessons. It was very nice. Sahiba is really passionate with her cooking and genuinely interested in her guests. She’s very patient and her food is clean and tasty. Recommended!

Great experience! Healthy cooking with a boost to your immune system. Sahiba is a very friendly and adaptive host. She took as by the hand and passionate shared her knowledge about the Ayurvedic cuisine while we cooked. I enjoyed it a lot. All turned out delicious and super healthy. Recommended!

Really enjoyed learning how to cook dal and coconut rice. It turned out delicious and I’m happy I have a couple more dishes under my belt. Also, the health benefits of eating Ayurvedic food is a HUGE bonus. So healthy for you!
