Once you arrive we'll spend a few moments getting to know one another and share information about your body, any injuries, and any requests you have. I will then lead you through the "ULTIMATE TWERKOUT" experience!!

I provide hands on assistance to help learn how to move your body and get that extreme workout with hot sexy dance moves. I also have fun playlist that will keep you twerking! Join my additional Experience, "Night under Atlanta Lights" where we do drinks and dinner at one of Atlanta's premiere strip clubs.

No other Trip to ATLANTA will compare!! Other than being voted biggest party animal in high school, dance and music have been a part of my childhood and life growing up in Atlanta. After hosting a bachelorette weekend for my bff, one of the other wedding attendants asked me to put a birthday weekend together!

I have danced my entire life and have been teaching Twerk Aerobics, and Sexy Dance lessons for almost 8 years! Dance is a strong passion and a business of mine that I love sharing with others!

The class was easy to follow and we made up a routine. MzB was upbeat and knowledgeable about twerking and other information! The class was fun and a workout!

I would not recommend this to anyone the nicest part was kitchen it is not set up like the pictures at all there are a lot of dents and scrapes in the walls it looks very dingy the host communication was terrible after finally reaching her she rushed me off the phone it was a horrible experience and I love staying in air bnbs

MzB was absolutely amazing. She is a talented dancer and I’m not talking only about her twerking. She is truly a well trained dancer in ballet, modern, contemporary dance. That’s what allows her to be able to instruct anyone and have them get results...it was soooooo much fun!! And she provided drinks which helped us to loosen up. But MEHN! Can she TWERK!!!

Mz. Be was EVERYTHING! She was in time, personable, thoughtful (she new we were coming in celebration of my birthday and so she brought refreshments) and she was patient with us newbies! Her personality was just inviting and she’s very knowledgeable about her crafts. We will be back for sure!

MzB’s class was so fun! And a good workout. My friends and I had a blast and we definitely learned some new moves. Definitely recommend. MzB was super friendly and welcoming.
