We will come to pick up you at the "Lido Centro" the main train station in Ostia. After the pick up we are going to see the pier in Ostia from a different prospettive view. Later, it's time for a delicious breakfast in one of the oldest pastry shop in Ostia, run by the same owner since 1964. (so, please come hungry!) After breakfast, it's time to do an home made fresh pasta class ( tagliatella or strozzaprete), so you will prepare your own pasta! For lunch we will stop in a local place where we can taste all togetehr a delicious typical italian seafood lunch ( as clams or mussels or cockles) depends what our friends, some local fishermans collect that day! Only fresh seafood for us and our guest!! Of course with a tasty italian white wine... After lunche it's time to discover the beach! we will bring you in the biggest natural reserve on the beach of Europe, "Riserva Naturale di Casteporziano". Specially we focus on the area call "Capocotta" the main beach destination for the romans on the beach. It's an amazing place with clear blue water and sand dunes typical example of Mediterranean scrub, totally free and California style! We can play soccer, beach tennis, beach volley on the beach; there is a caffe to collect water, gelato and beer, if you want. After few hours we drop off you back to the train station so you can easily come back to Rome! Happy and full joy
