After a short introduction Kath will take you on a tour of the fruit and veggie gardens including the plant nursary and compost making process. You will then join Ross for a tour of the cob structures and solar systems. After this a delicious lunch will be served with most of the produce freshly picked from the gardens

We are both passionate about sustainable living and living a life in harmony with nature and all its beautiful creatures.
Kath designed and manages the 14 year old productive organic veggie garden and 60 varieties of fruit and nut trees. Ross is a brilliant builder of our cob home, pizza oven, cob fire-bath and yoga studio using only locally sourced natural materials, he is also a wizz on self installed solar for hot water and off -grid electricity.
We look forward to sharing the magic of Numbi Valley with you.

Πού θα είστε
The permaculture tour will take place on the guest farm Numbi Valley. It is a beautiful organic farm located 12km from the small town of De Rust and 32km from Oudtshoorn. We will spend time looking at the abundant gardens, our self built cob house, solar systems and other self sustaining practises.
Freshly prepared lunch will be served on an outside table over looking the Karoo landscape
