Newly built sleepout that is so cozy and warm. Quiet street with rural outlook. We are a family with 2x kids and a wee dog. There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.
