Our Bunk House is behind our home on a 3 acre country property and is separate from the main house. We are located 4 miles from the beautiful town of Montrose and we are settled in the Uncompahgre Valley near the San Juan mountain range. Our cozy rental is located a short driving distance from town, where you will find a wide variety of entertainment. On our property, We have chickens, horses, cats and dogs. The rental space has a small, fenced yard with a picnic table, and more yard space available for use upon request. We have a fire pit, sandbox, swing and slide as well-available, upon request. Pets are a possible option and may be considered.
