The second bedroom has a double size bed and a half bathroom with a standup shower in the hallway.

BASICS NOTION:
This is a home and not a hotel. We try to accommodate as much as we can to keep your stay enjoyable and comfortable while keeping the rates low compared to hotels and other commercial accommodations in the city of Calgary.

HOUSE RULES:

Please treat this home as your own with care and clean up after yourselves. We kindly ask you to follow house etiquette rules:

- No smoking of any kind; breaking this rule will incur a fine
- No parties; any excessive noise/disturbances will incur in bylaw fine
- No pets allowed
- No footwear inside the condo
- Please do not use bath/hand towels to remove cosmetics or to wipe the floors etc. We have towels for floors or to wipe counters under the kitchen sink.
- Please do not leave the lights or any devices on when you are away from the suite.

DAMAGES:
Anything that is permanently damaged which requires a replacement upon check out will have extra charges apply. This includes smoking odor, stains on linens, furniture, and appliances with fabric, kitchen appliances, and dishware.

Please immediately contact us if any appliances are not working properly. DO NOT try and fix appliances yourself to avoid permanent damage.

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT:
We try to be flexible with our check-in and check-out time as we know how much it means to you. Our time for check-in can be anytime between 3 PM to 10 PM. The check out time, however, is firm and cannot be past 11 AM. Please understand as we have cleaners arriving on schedule to get this place ready for our next guest like yourself.

Check out Rules:
- Please load all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher
- Please place all the dirty towels in the laundry basket
- Please leave the keys and fob on the kitchen counter
- Please dispose of/recycle your garbage
- Please notify us when you check out; by text or phone call

PERSONAL PRIVACY:
We will not interfere with your privacy and will only be present on the premises if asked to do so or in the case of emergencies. If renting for more than 1 night, we will not be coming in the suite on a daily basis to clean or etc. please wash your own towels or supply your own necessities. Treat this as your own home and not a hotel, we will only be on the premises to clean after your check out.

FINES:
Late check-out: $50
Lost Key & Fob/Garage door opener: $300
Smoking: $500
Additional cleaning services: will be fine depending on the condition of the unit up to $300
Evidence of parties: $500
Unauthorized guest: up to $100

KEYNOTE BUILDING BYLAWS:
- Any excessive noise/disturbances will incur a fine of $300.
- Do anything or bring anything into the unit that will increase the risk of fire will incur a fine of $300.
- Depositing garbage/refuse anything other than designated containers in the garbage room will incur a fine of $300 plus costs to remove it.
- Shake rugs/cleaning devices or throwing anything out windows, door or the balcony will incur a fine of $250.
- Trespassing into the property of another condo will incur a fine of $500.
- Use of toilet, sink tub or other plumbing fixture for a purpose other than that it is constructed will incur a fine determined by the Condo Board.
- Use of the unit in any manner for illegal activity will incur fines determined by the Condo Board.
- Penetrate the interior walls, floor, ceiling or windows with any objects will incur a fine of $400.
- Park a vehicle to impede or prevent ready access to any parts of the Common Property will incur a fine of $400.
- Blow any horn from any vehicle approaching or upon any of the driveways or parking areas serving the Residential Project, except as may be necessary for the safe operation will incur a fine decided upon by the board.
- Leave any vehicle standing on the Common Property or any Corporation Property in a non-operative condition will incur a fine of $400 + costs.
- Make any repair to or wash vehicles on the Parcel will incur a fine of $300.
- Fire equipment abuse such as pulling alarms, etc. will incur a fine of $1125 + costs.
- Elevator abuse and holding the door open will incur a fine of $1125 + costs.

** Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. All renters by securing the booking on Airbnb agree to abide by all written rules now in effect. Such rules are incorporated herein as per the terms and conditions. The host or owner reserves the right to take any steps necessary to enforce such rules and regulations.
