This is a studio apartment with an attached bath and an open kitchen. This can accommodate a couple and is Ideal for long term stays. You can do some light cooking and enjoy some self cooked food. Just outside the door is the spacious Yoga area and the Ayur-Therapy room is also on the same floor. This is the most ventilated apartment of Inn Mangalath.
This room will be good also who comes to Inn Mangalath to comprehend YOGA and Ayurveda.

We have a good number of restaurants that serves a variety of foods just in the neighborhood. The recent commencement of food-delivery by companies like ZOMATO, SWIGGY, UBER EATS are indeed a boon... where you get food into your room at great prices. Inn Mangalath also has a CHEF-ON-CALL who could do some cooking for you if you have a choice. Traditional breakfast is served at Inn Mangalath at a very nominal price should you need to taste some.

I am a retired Teacher and my wife is still a serving Medical Doctor.
Inviting friends home and socialising is something dissolved in my blood and I consider socialising as a ‘medicine’ for various ailments in today’s world. The atmosphere is a balanced blend of Yoga, Ayurveda, delicious-foods, Music and more.
