*Listing address is incorrect message me for directions, 5mi from city center* This is a private room in basement there are 7 rooms, I have tenants 3 people living in this basement in room 1, 3, and 4. The room available is #5. We have one cat that lives downstairs Sunny. I am renovating the basement so the common areas are a bit of a messy(ie some construction materials) *Because of the age of the building the common areas don't look very clean due to stains however it is kept clean.*

My home is quite old and in serious need of updates, because of this the common areas may look dirty example stains in the carpet that cannot be removed due to age as well as stained tiles in the bathrooms also due to their age. The walls in the common spaces also do not look clean due to need of repair and paint however we keep it as clean as possible. Because it is such a large area it will take me several years before I can replace the old wore out things located in the common areas. These are the reasons that I price as low as I have.

Currently the place is a little rough around the edges and needs some love, I am in the process of renovating so the common areas are a bit of a mess at times.

Currently I rent out rooms to full time renters to be able to bring in money to maintain the structure and grounds as well as make appropriate updates and renovations.

The location is just outside of town about eight miles from the city center surrounded by farmland. It is a very quiet calm place with a stunning view of the mountains. We also have amazing sunsets and sunrises that aren’t obstructed by many buildings or trees.

The land from the start of the dirt road (4400 w) all the way to the end where I am is owned by my family and all the houses have my family living in them. Please keep this in mind as I have nieces and nephews that play in the area, a strict 10 mph speed limit is enforced on the dirt road for safety.

I have lived in Cedar city most of my life I was born and raised here. I am 36- years old and currently work in building maintenance. I have a strong background in customer service and enjoy meeting new people.

The property I manage I am currently working on updating it to be a vacation rental and campground with the goal of having a place for my family to gather and to bring in some income and to maintain the grounds and building. I have full time renters here as a means to bring in money for upgrades and maintenance with the goal to phase out the full time renters and offer the rooms only on short term basis.
