Enjoy your self in this cozy, "bungalow style" camper with full amenities. Perfect for couples on the go or singles for longer stays. We're surrounded by rivers and water ways, parks w/boat access, pick-nick areas which are dog, swimmer, rafter and fisherman friendly. There's plenty of room to park on site. We're only one hour from the base of Mt Hood and less than two hours from Sea Side. It's a convenient location to access all corners of Portland and only a few minutes from I-205.

The RV is a spacious, open floor plan with a country kitchen, 2-4 chair dining/work area with a couch positioned in front of the TV. There's a reading corner with comfortable rocking chair and beverage table nestled under a warm reading lamp. The bedroom and bath area can easily be divided from the living room for privacy with a sliding door. The toilet facility has an enclosed, ventilated space for optimal privacy. All rooms have many lighting options to set the mood and the queen bed is new and comfortable with a small TV, large dresser, closet and over head reading lights. With the smart TV and Blue tooth stereo in the living room, entertainment is always at your reach.

There's a "seasonal" fire pit with out door chairs and a "year round" gas BBQ next to a covered pick nick table with a couple of tee-kee torches at your disposal. Simply ask your host for details of use and fire wood acquisition.

We reside on a large 1/2 acre corner lot in a mature, quiet neighborhood with friendly, active neighbors who you'll likely notice walking their dogs as children ride around the neighborhood on the toys. We have many parks nearby including Meldrum Bar Park which accesses two rivers. The fishing here is great full of salmon, steel head, trout and is only two miles away. Our best kept secret is "Flying Pie Pizza" down the road, which is pick up only (no delivery). Its the best pizza in town!

My name is Carl. I've lived here 27 years and raised 4 daughters in this community whom are now grown with their own families.
Last February we had a historic ice storm and we had to rely on our RV to get through it. That's when we realized how nice and cozy it really is!
Now we're sharing it with others.
We even built a camp site around it. We're blessed to have it and are now having fun meeting new people through their adventures as a result. We're very proud of our little camp site and take pride in providing a fun and comfortable stay for everyone.
