This is the lower level of our home. When we are home, we may hear your sounds and you may hear occasional sounds from us. We travel a lot and you may be the only one on the property. When we are home, we may see you in the yard but will respect your privacy. We have two small dogs who may occasionally bark at a stranger. Your living space is completely separate and private, as we do not enter the space while occupied. Approximately 1400 square feet. Separate entrance in walk-out basement. Parking on a circular drive. Ceiling to floor windows. Tile floors. One acre-fenced private lot.

We recently hired a professional cleaning company. We know how to clean and make sure your stay is sanitized and ready for you. We are relatively new Airbnb hosts. We have not had enough guests to qualify as Superhosts, but in every other area, we rate as Super Host. Our goal is to earn your five-star review. We started Airbnb on News Year Eve 2021. We were a bit apprehensive to have strangers but so far we’ve had great guests, except one. She broke the house rules, removed many of our belongs, and had an unregistered guest. Since this experience, we’ve learned to have strict rules to protect both ourselves and future guests. We rely on the references from prior guests which have been five star, except for this vindictive guest. We have a professional cleaning company prepare the suite for guests. I am a retired microbiologist and I am very careful to have clean and sanitized space for our guests.

We are a retired professional couple. We often travel and appreciate respectful guests who may be on the property alone. When we are home, we have two small dogs - a Pekingese and a dachshund. We invite you to come share this beautifully remodeled property on a secluded acre lot. Relax, enjoy nature, work in a quiet and productive atmosphere.
