Well behaved pets, over one year old considered. 2 minutes walk to chine, 8 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes walk to Westbourne Village, with boutique shops and restaurants. 25 minutes walk to Bournemouth pier one way, the other, to Sandbanks and the chain ferry (check operational times) to more beautiful beaches, Corfe Castle and Swanage. Poole harbour a short drive away.
This newly converted studio has a double pull down bed (135cm wide) and small double sofa bed (bed 130cm wide) suitable for 2 children. The cheery kitchen is equipped for a self catering holiday with 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. There is a small outdoor seating area at the front and a parking space.
We are ideally located between the beach and Westbourne Village, less than a 10 minute walk away. The chines (wooded walk ways) are very close by and provide an excellent picturesque path to the village or sands.

  • Ένα πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και κομψό διαμέρισμα με ενδιαφέροντα στολίδια, εικόνες και άλλα αντικείμενα. Βρίσκεται σε έναν ήσυχο δρόμο και είναι πολύ βολικό για το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Είναι εύκολη με τα πόδια ή με λεωφορείο από το διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης Bournemouth και την παραλία. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν πολύ καλή. Συνιστάται.

  • Πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τη διαμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα, ένα υπέροχο μέρος του Bournemouth που είναι ήσυχο και ακόμα κοντά σε τοπικά καταστήματα κλπ. Επιλέξαμε το διαμέρισμα λόγω της μοναδικότητάς του, του χώρου και της τοποθεσίας ... που δεν απογοήτευσαν. Ο John και η Naomi ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, φιλικοί και πάντα έτοιμοι με γρήγορη επικοινωνία. Ένιωθε σαν σπίτι μακριά από το σπίτι. Ευχαριστώ!

  • Ένα πραγματικά υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Μείναμε με τους δύο χρονών μας που το αγάπησαν. Υπήρξε κιμωλίνα και μερικές αρκούδες που αγαπούσε να παίζει. Η κουζίνα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένη με πράγματα όπως το πετρέλαιο και τα μπαχαρικά που κάνουν το μαγείρεμα μακριά από το σπίτι εύκολο. Ήταν ένας ιδανικός χώρος για να χαλαρώσετε τα βράδια μετά το παιδί μας ήταν στο κρεβάτι. Θα θέλαμε να μείνουμε και πάλι.

  • Μας άρεσε πολύ να μείνουμε στη θέση του Ιωάννη! Είναι πολύ κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και μια όμορφη βόλτα μέσα στο πάρκο στο κεντρικό εμπορικό κέντρο και την παραλία. Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε και είναι πραγματικά πολύ οικείο και άνετο! Σας ευχαριστώ John και Naomi για την ύπαρξη τέτοιων υπέροχων οικοδεσποτών.

    You'll love our petite clifftop apartment minutes from cosmopolitan Southbourne High Street, one of Bournemouth's most sought after areas, with it's abundance of trendy bars and eateries, right by the best part of the beach and close to stunning Hengistbury Head, riverside walks at Wick, Christchurch, Sandbanks, Studland, the beautiful Purbecks and the New Forest. When you're not out and about, you'll be quite happy relaxing at the apartment, refurbished in 2019 to a very high standard.
    We'll give you our own recommendations for our personal favourite bars and restaurants in Southbourne, Bournemouth and the surrounding area's and some ideas for great experiences and days out to make sure you fall in love with this special part of the world just as we did. We frequently stay in AirBnB's and so have carefully considered every aspect of your stay, from ensuring you have the kitchen staples that properties so frequently forget, to an array of toiletries, luxurious carpets, 1000 thread count cotton bed linen, White Company bath robes, Soak & Sleep 750gsm Supima towels, plus beds, bedding and seating chosen for comfort as well as style. WiFi is of course included and the TV's have free Netflix and on-demand TV only. One of the bedrooms can be configured with either two small single beds or a double bed. Living room: Comfortable two seater Sofa Workshop sofa with two armchairs, coffee table, 55 inch HD smart TV with Netflix and on-demand TV, bluetooth speaker, floor lamp for mood lighting, board games and various local travel guides to give you some idea's for days out. Foreign adapter plugs and charging cables are available. The kitchen area adjoins the living room. Bedroom Two: One double bed which can also be configured as two small single beds, two bedside tables, large mirrored double wardrobe with hangers, an alarm clock, smart TV with Netflix and on-demand TV, two White Company toweling robes and two Soak&Sleep Supima 750gsm bath sheets and hand towels. You'll find a powerful hairdryer in the wardrobe, along with some microfibre beach towels and a folding beach canopy for those days when a bit of shade is needed. Bathroom: Roll-top claw foot bath with shower screen, rain-head shower and bath shower attachment, sink with mirror and magnifying mirror, toilet, towel hanging hooks and shelving, silicon toilet brush, bleach and sanitary bin. Shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, bath salts, hand wash, hand lotion and body lotion are all included. Please note this is a lower ground floor apartment so there are stairs down from ground level after entering. Check in from 3pm and check out by 11am. The property has it's own entrance from outside. The apartment is in a converted residential block - there are neighbours who work during the day, including us, so we ask that you limit noise in the evenings and at night. No parties, no filming, no loud music, no smoking, no pets and no additional visitors should be invited in to the apartment. The toilet and water drainage works on a sump-pump system so nothing other than toilet paper should be flushed and no hot fat should be poured in the sinks as this can result in serious damage to the property and other apartments.
    Southbourne is an absolute gem within Bournemouth - it has some of the most expensive real estate in the area and with good reason, it's right by the best part of the beach and ideal for an evening out. We love Makla for fantastic Moroccan food, Renouf's for their great selection of wine, their tasting flights as well as their delicious platters of meats and award winning cheeses, Baffi for authentic Neopolitan pizza and Roots for a fine dining experience. Deli Rocks do great Italian sandwiches, pizza and coffee during the day. For cocktails in a gentleman's club style bar we head to The Library above the Larderhouse (call ahead to reserve a table) or for craft ales and ciders we go to the very friendly Wight Bear. If we want a proper pub, The Spyglass & Kettle is lively when the sun's out and only a few minutes walk away or the Brewhouse & Kitchen which has a brewery on site - both have live music at weekends sometimes. Bistro on the Beach is nice for sitting outside with a glass of wine right on the beach and The Riverside, just outside Southbourne overlooks the river Stour. There are plenty more bars and restaurants in Southbourne such as the newly opened Dicky's bistro, Terroir Tapas and The Way Outback Brewing Company but we're only comfortable recommending places we've been to. However the vibe in Southbourne is always relaxed and very friendly. Hengistbury Head is just gorgeous for a beach walk whilst Tuckton and Wick are perfect for Riverside walks or paddle boarding. Bournemouth beach gets incredibly busy whilst the beaches at Southbourne are much quieter but still with plenty of facilities or walk towards Hengistbury for wilder beaches with views to the Isle of Wight.

    An extremely spacious, two double bedroom, first floor flat ideally situated for a wonderful holiday by the sea. Boscombe pier with its surrounding safe sandy bathing beaches is only 5 minutes easy walk away, while the main shopping centre takes only two minutes.
    The flat boasts a sunny 18’ x 13’ lounge with a large bay window, two 14’ x 13’ double bedrooms, a good sized kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom and separate toilet. The flat will sleep up to 6 people, with the twin beds in the main bedroom, a double and a single bed in the second bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The flat has its own parking bay and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. A front door security intercom is installed. The flat is fully carpeted and centrally heated. The bathroom has a full size bath, shower over the bath and hanging space for clothes drying. The kitchen includes a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. are provided. The lounge has a DVD player, CD/Radio and Freeview colour TV. The flat is suitable for children and a cot and High Chair are provided. There is an upright piano in the second bedroom for the use of our guests. Duvets and blankets are included. We can arrange hire of towels and linen.     Boscombe Pier with musical instruments and Crazy Golf is great fun. Boscombe Gardens, a short walk away also has a water park for children. There are a number of restaurants close by including, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Indian etc. On Thursday and Saturday there is an open-air market in Boscombe Pedestrian Precinct.

    With the beautiful sandy beaches of Bournemouth 5 minutes walk away, this apartment is the perfect location for your family get-away. This is a modern, light and very spacious ground floor apartment just 5 minutes from the award winning, blue flag beaches of Southbourne, Boscombe and Bournemouth. The property is situated on a very quiet, tree lined street close to beaches, restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Sorry but we are NOT able to provide bed linen/towels so guests must bring their own.
    ‘In light of the current COVID situation and with our aim to start hosting soon, we would like to put potential guests minds at rest that the property will be thoroughly cleaned prior to new arrivals and adequate cleaning supplies will be available for guests to use during their stay’. This newly decorated ground-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one with two single bunk beds. The open plan living room is light and airy with double aspect windows, and has brand new leather sofas, one a 4 seater and one a 3 seater (with small pull-out fully sprung bed suitable for one adult or 2 children). There is also a single armchair and footstool. There is a large 44” flat screen TV with Free-view channels and DVD player, a Wii console with remotes and games (including Mario Cart), plus plenty of board games, DVD’s, puzzles and books to keep guests occupied. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Cooking here is easy as the kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you will need during your stay. The master bedroom is very large and has a double bed, storage chest of drawers and a wardrobe, as well as TV with Free-view channels and integrated DVD player. The master en-suite is compact and fully tiled with shower cubicle, sink and toilet along with heated towel rail. The second double bedroom is bright and airy with wardrobe and drawers. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and small chest of drawers and is ideal for children. The main bathroom is spacious and fully tiled with bath and shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink. There is a travel cot for use for a baby or small infant and a high chair. (Guests should please note the we are NOT able to supply linens or towels so please bring your own). The kitchen can seat 6, with two additional chairs for a bigger group. There is an intercom system to allow access to guests from inside the apartment. Two off-road parking spaces are immediately to the front of the apartment.
    The apartment is situated in a very quiet tree lined road. Up-and-coming Boscombe high street with a large Sainsbury's, post office, superb coffee shops, street market (Thursday and Saturdays) shops, restaurants and take aways is just at the end of our road, only 5 minutes walk away. There are many independent restaurants and cafes here (please read my recommendations). Our closest cafe is the excellent Little Pickle Deli Cafe where you can buy local fresh food and drinks. This is just on the corner of our road, perfect for breakfast and coffee! Southbourne high street is only a 15 minute stroll away in the opposite direction, with it's charming shops, bars and cafes including the very popular Ludo Lounge and the Larder House restaurant. Cafe Riva and the Commodore pub both sit on the clifftop with beautiful views over the clifftops and beaches. Bournemouth town centre is approximately a 5-10 minute drive away, or take a lovely stroll there along the beach. Here you will find the brand new BH1 Cinema Complex with bars and restaurants, nightclubs, theatres, the BIC (international concert venue), a large selection of shops with both high street chains and designer and boutique shops. From the town centre, you can walk through the lovely manicured Lower gardens to the pier. Just around the corner from the apartment is Shelley Manor where there is a medical practice and pharmacy. There is also an attached theatre with local productions. Shelley Manor has a large park behind it which leads onto the clifftop and beaches. There are private tennis courts which you can access via the fob key provided. (Please remember your balls and racquets). There is also a children's playground in the park with swings and climbing frames. Other nearby facilities: Just a 10 minute walk away is King's Park which is home to Bournemouth football club. There is also a skate and BMX park, crown green bowling square plus a large Athletics stadium. Just past King's park is Queen's park which has a golf club open to the public The Littledown Leisure centre is a 5-10 minute drive away, and has swimming pools and waterslides, outdoor and indoor football courts and gyms Next to the centre is a park with a small lake, paddling pool and the ‘Altitude’ High Rope Adventure Park Just across the road from the centre is a large 24 hour Tesco superstore. Behind Tesco's is Christchurch Golf centre and driving ranges which are open to the public. A further 5 minute drive from Tesco's is Castlepoint shopping centre with many large high street retailers including M&S, Next, Asda, Sports Direct, Currys, cafes and restaurants such as Nando's and Franky & Benny's. To the beach: To access the beach, simply turn right out of the property and walk 200m to the end of the road and you will be on the clifftop (If you look to the east/left, you should be able to see the Isle of Wight). Turn right and walk 100m to the Manor zig-zag which takes you down to the beach. It's that easy!! At the bottom there is a small shop open in the summer months selling hot food, ice creams and drinks. There are also public toilets. If you turn right at the beach and promenade, you will see Boscombe pier. There is the excellent Urban Reef restaurant and bar and a Harvester's pub. There is Sorted Surf shop where you can hire surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards and kayaks. Lessons are available throughout the year. If you walk past Boscombe pier, you will see Bournemouth pier in the distance. It is approximately a 30minute walk away or alternatively you can hire a bicycle from the surf school which is situated just up the hill from the pier next to another bar/restaurant. If you want to stay down the beach and enjoy the beautiful weather (fingers crossed) then you can hire some deck chairs or even a beach hut. These are available at the council office by Boscombe pier. The beautiful sandy, blue flag beach stretches for 10km from Hegistbury head in the East to Sandbanks in the West. There is a promenade along most of the stretch so walking and cycling are very easy and enjoyable. Hengistbury Head is a nature reserve and is the site of an ancient settlement. There is a brand new visitor's centre which houses all the historic tools and pottery discovered by archaeologists and there are also cameras showing the nesting sites of protected birds in the area. There is also an outdoor activity centre where you can learn to sail, kayak and windsurf. The historic market town of Christchurch is nearby with it's famous Cathedral, pretty marina with restaurants and cafes. Sandbanks at the western end of the beach is known for being the 4th most expensive place on earth to live. There are beach side mansions, a few bars and cafes and a watersports centre. You can use the chain ferry to access Studland beach and further beyond is the pretty sea side town of Swanage via car or bus (number 50). As you can see, there are many things to do and places to visit around this beautiful area. If you're after clear air, sweeping cliff walks, breathtaking views and snug little towns brimming with restaurants and shops to explore, Dorset is the place for you! Dorset is as multi-layered as the famous fossil flecked cliffs along its Jurassic Coast - a stunning stretch of 200 million-year-old shoreline that has been designated a Natural World Heritage Site by UNESCO due to its outstanding geological make-up. The charming countryside Dorset has to offer has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it's easy to see why - take some time to discover this beautiful county at your own pace. There is more to Dorset than just fabulous scenery and magnificent coast - the history of this county is rich and vivid. How many areas do you know that can boast a huge naked chalk giant, England's first Natural World Heritage Site and the largest hill fort in Europe? All over Dorset, you'll uncover charming market towns and tiny villages tucked into tranquil rurality. Each town has its own individuality, character and history to relate. Productions of all kinds have been filmed on location here, with Dorset's unspoilt countryside, dramatic coastline and spectacular historic houses and gardens being used as a backdrop to the action.

    New for 2019! Completely refurbished throughout, this Grade II listed two bedroom apartment is at the top of a landmark building on Lymington's historic cobbled Quay Hill next to the Quay. The interiors have been thoughtfully designed with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The space includes a King sized master bedroom, a bedroom with two singles, new kitchen, cozy lounge with dining table and bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath.     We’ve completely refurbished the apartment to make the most of the character of the building but with everything our guests could want for a comfortable stay. We think you’ll love the location right in the middle of Lymington’s cobbled Quay Hill, 30 seconds to the Quay and the same to the bottom of Lymington’s Georgian High Street. Experience the best of Lymington with artisan eateries, traditional pubs, fresh sea air and the beautiful New Forest National Park. The building is one of the oldest by the Quay dating from around 1680 – please be aware there are fairly narrow stairs and low ceiling heights – may not be suitable for the very tall. The Master bedroom is a great size with a King sized bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have deep pocket sprung mattresses and high quality Egyptian cotton linen. The cozy lounge has a sofa with an HD TV, free unlimited WiFi and Netflix. There’s a beautiful reclaimed dining table which is set up for two but can seat four when pulled out and used with the other two stools. The new kitchen has a gas hob, oven with grill, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster etc. We have a Nespresso coffee machine and supply a few pods to get you started. We love the midnight blue cupboards, brass handles, metro tiles and oak floors. The large bathroom is a real feature – large walk in shower and a roll top bath. Towels included. There’s no parking immediately outside but we do provide a long stay parking permit to be used in a number of car parks across Lymington, the closest being The Quay (around one minutes walk) and Cannon Street (around five minutes walk). The permit can also be used for free parking in approximately 30 car parks across the New Forest - great for exploring! We love to welcome families and have a few things to make it easier - a travel cot & mattress (please bring your own babies bedding), a high chair and kids plates & cutlery. Please note there’s unfortunately no buggy storage area inside. Inside the apartment we have a guide book including a long list of our favourite places to eat, drink and days out nearby.
    Our apartment provides the opportunity of staying in the heart of Lymington with all the conveniences of the historic High Street minutes away. The building is on the cobbled Quay Hill, 30 seconds walk to the boats at the Quay. Parks, coastal walks, a leisure centre and an open air swimming pool are also nearby. The location gives easy access to the beautiful towns, villages, wildlife and open forest of the New Forest National Park.

    Our property is in the quiet, leafy area of Canford Cliffs, 1-min from the Cliffs and 3-mins from the award-winning beaches. with two secure parking spaces & electric gates, the first floor flat is at the rear of the property overlooking the garden and sleeps 4+2. A spacious 2-bed, 2-bath flat with extra z-bed, high chair and travel cot plus all linen and towels included. Easy walk (300m) to village shops and deli. Flexible accommodation to suit friends, family or workers. Wifi on tap!
    During these uncertain times, we have taken immediate steps to increase our cleaning programme. Although our cleaning fee has inevitably risen slightly as a result, we are confident the extra disinfection routine we have now adopted will reassure you when considering booking our property. The flat is accessed via a telecom buzzer for extra security, enabling you to speak to someone at the front door before allowing them in. Our flat comprises one double bedroom, with ensuite shower room/WC/sink and heated towel rail, complete with television and DVD player. The second bedroom can either be a double or a twin room, with hotel-standard interlocking beds and the space to add a z-bed in as well, for children and it has it's own TV. A travel cot and high chair are also provided for those with young families. Sleeping arrangement options are therefore very flexible to suit most requirements. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to help everyone sleep as well as possible. A second, family bathroom is situated near the bedrooms and has a bath as well as a shower screen and shower head, WC and sink and heated towel rail. The sitting room is bright, airy and has plenty of comfortable seating, TV, DVD-player, games, books for all ages and an iPod docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with seating for six, a large gas hob, oven and a generous fridge/freezer, extractor hood, champagne glasses, wine glasses, large and small glasses, Neptune mugs, crockery and cutlery. Also provided are tea towels, oven gloves, linen napkins, kitchen scales, hand blender, flask as well as ample pots, pans and baking trays. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate laundry/utility room, off the main corridor, as well as an iron/ironing board, hair dryer and clothes airer. All linen and towels are provided, including tea towels and bath mats and there is a large storage cupboard off the main corridor for coats, hanging space, bags, clothing, shoes etc. Whilst we have two private parking spaces at the flat, should you decide not to use a car, there are bus stops at either end of our road so you have immediate access to easy transport links all round the area. The nearest train stations are Branksome station (2.2miles) or Bournemouth station (4.5miles) and we love cycling from the flat to the beach down the path and along the sea front.
    Canford Cliffs is a leafy, quiet, green neighbourhood with very little traffic noise but immediate accessibility to the beach, local shops and a variety of restaurants...all within a 2-3 minute walk. Canford Cliffs village is a 3-minute walk away where shops, banks, bakeries, cafes, a deli, newsagents, restaurants and hairdressers are all situated. Several quality restaurants are also all within a 2-3 minute walk of the property and Canford Cliffs beach is just down the path at the end of the road.

    For those that do not know Lymington, it is a beautiful Georgian Market Town set on the south coast by The Solent with The New Forest on its doorstep! There are two large marinas for yachts and the quay with fishing boats and crabbing for the children. At the bottom of the high street is the Old Quay with narrow cobbled streets and pretty cottages where you can buy fresh fish! You can from there walk to the sea wall, a coastal nature reserve on The Solent Way that has fantastic views of The Isle of Wight and the Needles. If you have time you can also pop on the Lymington to Yarmouth ferry and visit the Island. (*15 ferries per day and takes approx 40 mins)

Also, you can find the tennis courts, crazy golf and children's adventure playground in the pleasure gardens. A short stroll in the other direction will take you to a footpath, thick with pines and Rhododendrons down to Middle Chine beach, Durley Chine and Alum Chine beaches with children's park, tropical gardens, restaurants and snacks on the beach.     A very peaceful and quite residential area in Bournemouth, with an easy access to the beach, Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) and ETC International College with just 5 minutes distance away on foot. By walking 10-15 minutes you will find Bournemouth Library, the well known Triangle area with some of the main shopping malls, off-licenses and local restaurants.

    Hello lovely people! We started hosting back in July 2017 and it's been an awesome roller coaster ride! Where is the roller coaster? Our home is 5MinutesWalkFrom Bournemouth Train,Coach,Bus &Taxi station. 5MinutesWalkFrom Asda,Petrol Station,24 hours Co-Op&OffLicenceShop 5MinutesWalkFrom Pubs&Bars,CrossFit, GP, dentist, and cemetery (justFYI) Bournemouth square on the other hand is not 5 minutes, nor the beach. My average record to go to the beach is 10 minutes walk and the square is 20 minutes.
    LGBTTQA & straight friendly. Basically we are friendly. To begin with let's get one thing straight (or gay). _______________________________________________________________ We have 2 bedrooms. One single (still waiting for the right man). One double bed. Whether you're single (and ready to mingle) or double (trouble), you'll have the Double bedroom. Basically, we're giving you the master double bedroom while we mingle in the single. Also, sometimes the sofa might be used to sleep. This means that when this happens, the living area/kitchen isn't available between uncivilised hours aka midnight-ish to early morning 9AM-ish. _______________________________________________________________ FYI We believe in good night sleeps. After all we spend 1/3 of our lives in it! Hence we invest quite a bit on our mattresses. Our beds have all natural filling with 4000 pocket spring mattresses, covered by 800 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton bed sheets. All the pillows are goose down.
    Neighbours are friendly and we all keep a watch on each other.

    This beautifully presented, newly built apartment, is a beach lovers dream, being just 4 minutes walk away from the beach! The apartment is situated in the 'Middle Chine' area of Bournemouth, in between Westbourne & Westcliff. Set within large secluded grounds, the apartment benefits from having direct access to the Chine gardens which leads to the Middle, Durley & Alum chine beaches, plus the award winning Bournemouth beach. The apartment is on the ground floor,sleeps 6 guests & welcomes dogs.
    This newly built, ground floor apartment is light, spacious and modern throughout. It sleeps five guests in two rooms and benefits from having an ensuite off of the master bedroom, as well as a large family bathroom. The living area is open plan and perfect for socialising and there's luxurious aspects throughout such as underfloor heating. The apartment has an allocated parking space directly outside and guests are able to use the large and sunny communal garden, suitable for picnics, BBQs and sunbathing. The perfect sunbathing beach is just 7 minutes walk away however, via a connecting path that leads straight into the Chine gardens. These beautiful gardens date back to around 1903 and lead down to Middle Chine beach which is in between Alum chine and Durley Chine beach, both of which have some great sea front restaurants. Areas of the chine beaches are dog friendly and dogs can roam free! Bournemouth Pier and beach are just a further 15 minutes walk up the promenade - or you can take the land train which goes up and down the promenade from Poole to Bournemouth. The apartment is made up of a spacious hallway, a large master bedroom with ensuite and a large second bedroom containing a triple sleeper bed (Double underneath and single bed over head). There's a very spacious family bathroom and a beautifully furnished living room that's open plan with the kitchen and has a dining table that seats 6-7.

    The apartment if over 3 levels, has a large lounge, with mezzanine sleeping area above, open plan kitchen/dining area with sea views, and steps to the terrace. The main bedroom, en-suite & family bathroom are down a half flight of stairs from the lounge, bunk bedroom up half flight of stairs to the rear of the kitchen/dining area. There is a dedicated parking space. Our apartment is perfect for a family, two couples or a small group of friends. We hope you enjoy staying there as much as we do.

    Welcome to our one bedroom apartment in a converted warehouse which is situated directly on the Quay with amazing views over Poole Habour, Brownsea Island and Sandbanks. Enjoy staying in this wonderful apartment that is fully equipped and tastefully designed you can watch the ever changing view from the Juliet Balcony. See the Tall ships when they visit and watch the fisherman returning. This is the perfect place to visit Poole’s wonderful Blue flag beaches. Free parking permit
    The Ferry terminal for day trips to Brittany and the Channel Islands is within walking distance. Throughout the year there is various entertainment on the Quay including a Vintage day, Folk dancing and Fireworks. There is a good choice of shops nearby Tesco and Sainsbury’s just a few minutes walk. The Quay offers a good choice of Restaurants and bars. The Coach and Railway stations is a level 15 minute walk.
    The old town of Poole with its cobbled streets which lead onto the Quay make this a perfect location to stay.
