Aix-en-Provence by E-Mountain Bike
Discover the amazing scenery and mountain trails of Sainte Victoire Mountain with an electric mountain bike. The 3 hour tour will take you to unexpected trails up and down the mountain. The electric mountain bike makes it easy to ride up steep hills and explore the mountain.
The 3 hours morning or afternoon tours start in Aix-en-Provence. I will meet you and set you up with an electric mountain bike. The first few kilometres are on the road to the mountain so that you can get accustomed to the electric bike before you start the climb up the hill.
We will stop at various points to appreciate the magnificence of the mountain and to take videos, photos and have a snack. We go to various viewpoints such Zola Dam, Bimont Dam and others. An E-Bike is a great way to explore the trail for people of all ages and riding capabilities and enables you to ride to areas you never thought possible. There are different trails to ride depending on the skill level of the group.
We return and finish at the starting point in Aix.
Other things to note
Must be able to ride a bicycle on your own
Tour covers a distance of approximately 25 km, including steep uphills and downhills
Tour may be cancelled due to bad weather such as heavy rain and if access to the mountain is closed due to risk of forest fires
Truffle hunting
Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade.
Tours are followed up with fresh truffle hors d'oeuvres, Champagne and a tasting of our organic olive and truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey with truffle ice cream.
Other things to note
Our clients either bring their own car, rent a car or hire a chauffeur/driver to come to our property. We don't have public transportation to our place. Uber & taxi are not available to drive you back.
Slow Food- Cook like a Provençal chef
Join me for a traditional Provençal cooking class at my XVII century family farmhouse.
We will meet at my house at 10am.
I will introduce you to this family place and talk about the history of this Mas (old farm in Provençal language) and the history of the region.
Together, we will then prepare a four course meal (starter - main course - cheese - desert ) using seasonal and local ingredients. Some of them will come directly from our garden.
During the class you will taste our Olive oil, homemade jams and of course local wines paired with the menu.
Lunch will be prepared in my personal kitchen and will be served on a terrasse shaded by oak trees overlooking our Olive trees.
We only use local and seasonal produce so the recipes will change with the seasons. Alongside Provençal recipes we also teach fusion inspired cooking, creating dishes that are inspired by local produce and spices from around the world.
We will finish the class and lunch around 3pm.
The farmhouse is located 45 mins from Aix en Provence and 50mins from Avignon, 45 mins from Saint Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Lourmarin.

Please let me know in advance if you have any kind of allergies of dietery requirements.
Keep in mind that this is an old building with many stairs.
Photoshooting in Aix-en-Provence
We will meet in the center of Aix-en-Provence and have a walk around the beautiful places and picturesque streets. It will be an unhurried walk, during which I will take lots of interesting photos for you. Also, I'll show you how to pose properly, so that the photos are alive, emotional and stylish.
Other things to note
I will teach my guests how to pose beautifully for the camera. I will send you minimum 30 edited digital photos within 10 working days after our photo-walking. I can speak english, french and russian.
Grape Stomping
Take a tour of a Provençal farm, learn how grapes are cultivated and how wine is made, PLUS stomp grapes in enormous antique oak barrels that are waist-high, roomy enough for 4+ people, and have a view of Mount Sainte Victoire.
You'll be regaled with harvest stories passed down from generations of local farmers and hear about the dark side of wine making. You'll also learn to tell the difference between the different types of local grapes and wines. Grape stomps are followed up with a buffet of cheese, paté, charcuterie, red wine and a tasting of our farm's olive oil and truffle oil.
It's an authentic French experience that's full of laughter, fun for all ages and makes memorable vacation photos that you'll cherish long after your toes are no longer sticky.
Other things to note
Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting stained. The grapes will not be above knee-level, but there's always bound to be some splashing, so please be prepared and dress accordingly.

Excursion demi-journée Kayak, Calanques
Nous vous proposons de découvrir, en kayak de mer, les calanques de la Côte Bleue au départ de l’Estaque à Marseille et en allant dans la direction de Carry-le-Rouet. Au programme, une belle balade sportive sur l'eau et de la bonne humeur !
C'est une expérience pour tous, une excursion demi-journée de 3h avec 2h15 sur l'eau. Prévoir un maillot de bain pour une baignade dans les eaux cristallines de la calanque ou nous nous arrêtons pour la pause.
Le tour du matin est conseillé pour les débutants, la mer est plus calme.
Déroulement de votre journée :
- Accueil à la mise à l’eau de l'Estaque.
- Formalités & Briefing (explications des règles de sécurité, présentation de la zone de navigation et du parcours, point météo)
- Distribution de l’équipement personnel (kayak, gilet, pagaie, sac étanche)
- Mise à l’eau, que l’aventure commence !
Toutes nos embarcations sont équipées d’un petit sac de stockage des détritus afin de pouvoir ramasser de potentiels déchets flottants.
Notre matériel est récent (2021 à 2023).

From the Vine Tour
We will do a complete tour of a typical French wine shop: how it's organized with the different kinds of wine and alcohol. Then we will dicuss the many different types of wine. The goal being that after this experience you'll be able to navigate through a French wine shop with ease.
We will have a wine tasting of three different kinds of wine at the wine shop. Then, we will go to a nearby winebar for a glass of wine.

Notre sélection d'huiles d'olive aux arômes, fruités et intensités très différents permet aux visiteurs de déguster toutes ces huiles en un même lieu.

No prior sketching or painting experience needed! This tour is suitable for complete beginners, those with years of painting experience and for anyone wanting to try something completely different.

Balade dans le pays d'Aix.
Depuis la route Cezanne au Tholonet, vous saurez tout sur le patrimoine culturel et naturel du Pays d'Aix.
Suivez les sentiers du Parc départemental de Roques Hautes jusqu'au plateau de Bibémus : des contrastes saisissants: terre ocre-rouge, pinède verte et ciel bleu azur.
Retour par les balcons naturels avec vue panoramique sur la Sainte-Victoire et le barrage de Bimont. Dans cette palette de peintre, le temps a façonné le relief d'une main de maître.

Peindre au Vin dans un Domaine Viticole en Provence
Élégance et gastronomie se rencontrent dans cet atelier de peinture et dégustation de vin.
Nous débuterons l'atelier par un verre de vin ou de jus de raisin produits au Domaine afin de nous plonger dans l'ambiance viticole. Je vous présenterai également la technique de la peinture au vin ainsi que les résultats que l'on peut en attendre. Quelques modèles de dessin seront disponibles pour vous inspirer, mais vous êtes également libres de choisir votre propre thème.
L'objectif de cet atelier est de faire connaissance et d'expérimenter la technique de peinture au vin, tout en appréciant le cadre magnifique d'un domaine viticole provençal au cœur de la nature. Vous aurez également l'occasion de déguster des produits locaux tels que le miel et l'huile d'olive, tous issus du Domaine.
En tant qu'animatrice, je serai présente pour vous guider tout au long de l'atelier afin que vous puissiez créer une œuvre mémorable avec du vin rouge en seulement 2 heures, laissant ainsi une empreinte indélébile de votre passage en Provence.

Nous commencerons l'aventure en découvrant les techniques de dégustation (analyse sensorielle : visuelle, olfactive, gustative), les cépages, la fabrication du vin, les arômes du vin et bien plus encore...
Ensuite, nous vous guiderons à travers une dégustation de 3 vins français de Provence.
Goûtez au soleil, aux arômes, au savoir-faire du vigneron, tout en écoutant l'histoire des artisans et du terroir méditerranéen.
Enfin, interrogez-nous sur le vin, la cuisine méditerranéenne, nos restaurants préférés et toutes les expériences gastronomiques et culturelles incontournables de la région.

Pour cet atelier je vous ouvre les portes de ma cuisine et de mon univers.... Bienvenue chez moi. Ici, les maîtres-mots sont : délice, partage et générosité !
A votre arrivée, nous ferons connaissance autour d'un thé et d'une petite gourmandise que j'aurai préparée spécialement pour vous. Ensuite, place à l'atelier cuisine pour lequel je vous fournirai tout l'équipement nécessaire, et notamment un tablier de cuisinier. Nous allons préparer ensemble un plat et un dessert typiquement français, avec des produits de saison dont regorge notre belle Provence.
Durant cet atelier, nous découvrirons différentes techniques de cuisine et je vous donnerai conseils et secrets bien gardés de nos grands-mères.
Notre expérience se terminera autour de la table à manger, où nous dégusteront ensemble les plats réalisés durant l'atelier.
