During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, make with natural method. Wine will be served at mealtime. After preparing the pasta, we will set a table and eat it together the pasta that you have prepared, like an italian family. To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. We will pick you up with our van from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch (approx. 30 min drive). Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour back to our Ranch. After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and then we will drive you to the Villa (by van - only 3 min drive) where you will continue with the second part of the experience. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. During the 3-hour session, we will prepare 2 dishes FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISÙ entirely from scratch, guided by chef Paola. We'll begin by sourcing ingredients, emphasizing seasonality and freshness. You will acquire the skills to roll, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as: Tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti and tortelli. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create two courses along with their respective sauces. Last but not least, you will also learn how to craft the most delicious dessert from Italy, the tiramisù. After preparing the dishes, you'll indulge in a 3-course meal, complemented and paired with wine. The recipes will be sent via email, allowing you to recreate the experience at home with your loved ones.

Von dort aus erschließt sich uns der Blick über den Gotthard, der Haupt Kamm der Schweizer Alpen. Je nach Windrichtung müssen oder können wir auch andere Startplätze in der Region auswählen. Wir fliegen von der Klewenalp, Brunni in Engelberg oder von der Biehlen oder der Brändlen im Engelberger Tal. An Start und Landeplätzen fehlt es hier in der Region nicht. Deswegen ist die Schweiz im vergleich zu anderen Ländern wie Deutschland ideal für Hike and Fly Touren. Man kann fast überall starten und Landen wenn es der Landbesitzer erlaubt. The train ride to San Miniato will take 40 minutes. Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our vineyard and olive grown. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church. I will greet you at my atelier in the centre of Florence, five minutes walk from Firenze SMN train station. After a brief introduction, you will experience first hand the different phases of the antique art of etching: engraving a copper plate, printing on cotton paper and watercoloring the final result. No previous experience in art required as you will be guided through the whole process. During the experience, we will have a break and offer you a soft drink and local patisseries, when we can get to know each other. At the end of your experience you will take home the copper plate etched by you and your print in both black and white and watercolored versions, as a memento of an experience in this wonderful art form, which has captured my heart and I am passing onto you. Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. Tour a cavallo sulle colline gardesane è un’ escursione a cavallo della durata minima di un’ora. Una piacevole passeggiata a cavallo tra le colline del Lago di Garda, lungo sentieri e itinerari che si alternano tra boschi, vigneti e distese collinari. Per chi avesse poca esperienza, nessun problema, le nostre escursioni sono adatte a tutti. La guida vi aiuterà a montare in sella, e a prendere dimestichezza con il cavallo, poi non vi resterà che godervi lo spettacolo. Per chi sperimenta questa attività per la prima volta, introduciamo una mezz’ora aggiuntiva (obbligatoria) di messa in sella ( supplemento di 12 € ) che deve essere riservata con anticipo. Durante questo tour a cavallo potrete ammirare i paesaggi circostanti, godendovi la tranquillità di questa esperienza unica in compagnia dei nostri amici cavalli. Durante la passeggiata raggiungerete un punto panoramico con vista sul Lago di Garda. Per principianti è consigliata l'opzione da 1 h; per esperti è possibile richiedere l’esperienza di 2 h. Per i bambini sotto i 14 anni (età minima per partecipare) è proponiamo l’''esperienza in carrozza’’ in famiglia.

I workshops consistono in un'ora e mezza di lavoro e divertimento divisi in due parti. La prima prevede l'uso di una piastra trasparente in vetro dove gli ospiti realizzeranno una figura con pezzi di vetro di Murano, chiamati graniglia, che verrà poi cucinato in forno. Il vetro si fonderà e la figura realizzata rimarrà all'ospite. La seconda parte, consiste in una fase dimostrativa da parte del Maestro e successivamente una prova pratica degli ospiti della lavorazione del vetro di Murano. Gli ospiti lavoreranno il vetro con la fiamma e proveranno la piacevole sensazione dell'antica lavorazione a lume. I workshop sono ideali anche per famiglie con bambini sopra ai 12 anni, che adoreranno la magia del vetro. Altre cose da tenere a mente I lavori terminati nella prima parte del workshop, verranno cotti nel forno per circa 3 ore, mentre gli oggetti realizzati con la fiamma saranno pronti dopo 2 ore di raffreddamento. I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. Le ore di passeggiata sono cumulabili, prenotando più sessioni vicine è possibile fare passeggiate di più ore. La passeggiata di 1ora è adatta a tutti e consiste in un giro attorno alle proprietà di Palazzo de’ Rossi, mentre per chi ha un po’ più di esperienza suggeriamo le 2ore per immergersi maggiormente nella natura!
