This elevated sea view apartment brings you all the pleasures of luxurious accommodation, without the pain of a luxurious price tag.
We believe every detail matters - we spared no expense renovating the apartment to the highest professional standard. We wanted to create an atmosphere of comfort and familiarity, so we’ve given every room a personal touch. The dining area and kitchen are equipped and decked-out with everything you need to prepare hearty, home cooked meals. The extravagant mirrored wall in the kitchen provides you an extra sea view in its reflection. The elegant living area is relaxing and homey and calm, ideal for unwinding in the evening. The bedroom comes with an en-suite and dreamy double bed, perfect for a deep sleep. The bathroom comes with a large wet area, wonderful for a washing the day away. We’ve made absolutely sure our guests get the best.
The area surrounding us is packed with everything you need for comfort and convenience. Shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream, pubs, bars, nightlife, entertainment, you name it - it’s nearby.
There is no parking at the property itself but there is ample short stay and long stay car parks just 3 minutes away. The views from our place are truly stunning as we live on a hill. Speaking of which, the hill is very steep and not suitable for those with disabilities.
You can find us in the picturesque town of Barmouth, which boasts incredible views of the village rooftops, Barmouth Beach and Cardigan Bay. We’re also positioned just next door to Snowdonia National Park, a must-see when visiting Wales. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for an active adventure or a relaxing getaway, our apartment will be your perfect home away from home any time of the year.
You will have your own private access to the apartment and a patio area to sit, relax and savour the far reaching views of the coastline and Cardigan Bay.

Surrounded by The Snowdonia National Park, Barmouth is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you are looking for. Whatever you are into: fishing, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, mountain biking, bird watching, painting, landscape photography or horse riding, there are endless scenic places to explore. Situated on the edge of the Snowdonia national, Barmouth was awarded the Green Coastline award for its clean beach environment and water. There is a great selection of shops eateries and pubs. The mountains for roaming are very close, plus numerous lakes and rivers close by. Barmouth has a sunny west-facing sandy beach. Don't miss the spectacular sunsets over the bay. From early Spring through till Autumn, dolphins and porpoise can be spotted close to the shore, an amazing sight to see! There is level access to the town where there are supermarkets, shops, bistros. You will find the most glorious ten mile expanse of sandy beaches from Harlech to Barmouth. Remember to bring your bikes, the cycle routes are fantastic and Coed-y-Brenin has some very interesting daredevil paths to concur. Visit quaint villages such as Llanbedr, the gateway to Shell Island and Llandanwg with its Celtic church in the sand dunes. Just a few miles North is the historic town of Harlech with its magnificent castle and golf course. Don't miss a trip to Llanfair slate mines where "The Last Knight" was filmed, learn how hard the colliers of Yesteryear worked. Portmeirion village, just 30 mins drive is gorgeous, (the Italian style village where The Prisoner was filmed). Barmouth certainly has a lot to offer, with an attractive and lively Harbour area; spectacular scenery especially The Mawddach one of the most beautiful estuaries in the world; birthplace of The National Trust and a walkers paradise. The Barmouth Bridge, built by Brunel. You must walk over it and enjoy the views. The bridge doubles as a footpath & cycle route giving spectacular views up the estuary towards Cader Idris.
For local places to eat The Last Inn or Davey Jones Locker are particularly good and we highly recommend The Mermaid for fabulous Fish and Chips!
