A lovely light, private, secure bedroom with heaps of room for you to hang out for you to hang on your own and lots of other spaces you can share with others in the house. You will share a bathroom with my son and his girlfriend who are out a lot. In the room • A comfy, cosy queen size bed, a must for any stay • Two bedside tables, lamps and power boards for charging • A cool Ikea Pong chair for you to relax and read you book • Wardrobe shelving and hanging space • Floor rug
In the house • Free Wifi • A large lounge area set up with 55cm Smart TV, Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime and YouTube. • A sitting area where you can chill or sit with someone and chat • Dining room for eating • Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons • Parking – on street or in the driveway as long as you don’t mind moving the car if you park someone in. • An office you can use if I’m not (multiple screens, desk, keyboard, printer, scanner etc) • Laundry with front loading washing machine and clothes dryer (in garage as we rarely use) • Main bathroom with full sized bath, shower etc – Toilet is separate • Backyard (although it does come with a big dog (he’s nice)….more on that later) Who will you share with? Me, if I’m there as I travel a fair bit for work and fun My son, who is 20 and his girlfriend who is 19. They both work and are very friendly, clean and tidy My family friend, Harti - a great cook and lovely, kind person My son’s dog Mack – he is 2, a Great Dane/Mastiff cross – LOVES attention. He is outside most of the time (unless he sneaks in!) NOTE: for bookings over 7 days a $50 cleaning fee applies - I can't add this to the cleaning fee on the booking as it applies it to all bookings and I don't to want to charge a cleaning fee when it's short term.
Tingalpa is a suburb of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is located 10 kilometres east of the CBD. It is very handy to the Brisbane airport which is 10-15mins by car just over the Gateway Bridge. Tingalpa has two small local shopping centres: Twin Parks Shopping Centre located on Wynnum Road, Tingalpa - and one located on Belmont Road, Belmont. There are two large shopping centres within a 10-minute drive; Wynnum Plaza has Kmart, Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphys, Fitness First and 59 Specialty stores whilst Carindale Shopping Centre features Myer, David Jones and a large selection of specialty shops. Both the Twin Parks and the Cannon Hill shopping centres are basic centres. There are some great eating places close to our home. Mother Africa is a standout at the end of our street as is Paw Paw Asian in Twin Parks Shopping Centre, a short 800m walk from our home. The neighbourhood is quieter than some closer to the city so good if you need some peace and quiet.

This cosy flat is close to Murarrie train station, the airport and local shops. The flat has amenities for washing clothes and air mattresses should you need an additional quest stay. The access is easy and no stairs inside the unit. The flat is fully self contained and has lots of charm. Guest have access to the backyard, courtyard / barbecue and I am nearby or just a call away if guests need any help 😊.
There is little garden court yard next to the stairs that is available to quests, a relaxing space to have a coffee and listen to the birds 🐦
We are very close to public transportation, bus and trains. A convenient 7/11 store is on the same street as well as takeaway shop, coffee shop and local newsagents. Only 2 minutes to cannon hill shopping precinct.

We have taken the time to find a brand new mattress and quality linens to ensure a great nights sleep. You will have privacy in your room and dedicated bathroom as it is one end of the townhouse. We want our hosting to make you feel as comfortable as you would be at home.
We are able to access the airport and CBD directly from the rail station across the road. This also connects with the Gold Coast. The property faces parkland so it is quiet, NO Main Road traffic. If you wish to go for a meal a quick walk around the corner will bring you to a variety of restaurant's including Coffee Club, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Contemporary Aust(including a great bar) IGA with fresh deli & a First Choice Bottle shop. This area is also within walking distance to Southgate Business park in Cannon Hill. We are unique in that we back onto parkland, with a creek and have birds visiting us on the fence daily. Having lived in the neighbourhood for 20 years we are able to provide recommendations on what to do close by. The Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre is only 15 mins by rail and we are a 1min walk to Cannon Hill station(perfect for conference & exhibition attendees).

    The house is situated close to everything. Jump on the train and you can be sitting on the beach in an hour or in the city in 15 mins. Close to all ammenities, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. A hop skip and jump to a train or the bus. Close to the airport.
    Basically guests can use all spaces apart from the other bedrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. The shared bathroom is big enough for a party. Sit and watch the sun go down on the back balcony. Sit at the retro bar and have a drink and listen to some tunes. Laundry and storage is downstairs in the garage.
    The house is situated within walking distance to shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and bars. Public transport is the key to get you into the city in a flash. From there you can go anywhere. BULIMBA and Hawthorn provide the area with cinemas and access to the city cats. A romantic and inexpensive way to see all of the city

    Funky house, full of character - your 'home away from home' with welcoming friendly host. Quiet neighbourhood just 7km from Brisbane city. 5 min stroll to Colmslie Conference Centre (550metres). Walk or drive to Bulimba (just a few minutes away) the local hub for casual dining, bars, cafes, boutiques and beauty treatments (local little secret). Pets welcome for a small $10 fee (secure back yard). Supermarket is very short walk away. Tennis courts & Goodlife gym at the end of the road.
    You will more or less have a bathroom to yourself as it's only shared with other guests should both rooms be booked out simultaneously. There's a front and back deck for you to sit and enjoy the Qld weather. Plenty of street parking available and even driveway space if you have camping/kayaking gear loaded up and you'd rather not leave your vehicle on the street. Its a lovely quiet leafy street with speed bumps so low traffic flow, nice and quiet.
    Really friendly quiet little neighbourhood thats so close to the city and shops and restaurants, yet still has lots of greenery and parks.

Cleaning and tidy. two bedrooms with single bed for rent. per room $40 per night for one person. $25 per night for extra person in the same bedroom. no kids pleas饿because there are people living in the first floor. 6 mins walking to 330 bus stop, 25 mins to the city CBD. 15 mins walking to bus exchange station in Chermside Shopping Centre. there are lots of restaurants open till 9pm in the center. if you want to have beautiful food and fun it is the one. wakling ten mins only.

    COVID FREE - private sanctuary surrounded by trees, high level of privacy and space, house is very clean and sanitary. Fresh air and own personal area separate from other rooms. The house is both close to the city and very tranquil. People often say that it is like a resort - lots of trees and birds outside. The bus stop from which you can reach the city is just a few minutes away. We have a pet cat Mary who is very friendly. Great house for long and short stays.
    Your bedroom has a double-size bed, a big wardrobe, a desk and a chair. It's got a window, high ceiling, shutters and flyscreens in the windows. It's modern, fresh and cosy.
    One of the nicest neighbourhood in the entire Brisbane - family houses with wonderful views at the city and located on hills.

With a private parking bay right by the front door. A large balcony of the living area, as well as a private balcony off the main bedroom. It is perfect for a family visiting the Brisbane area or for someone visiting for business looking for a central location. Ideal for short or long term stays.
    The front townhouse on the block with a huge corner balcony, my favorite thing about my home is that it catches the sun from morning till night. Meaning the living area balcony is a great spot for an outside breakfast lunch or dinner, while the main bedroom balcony is perfect for reading a book while the sun goes down.
    Quiet neighborhood in a great location to access anywhere the in the Brisbane region. 15 minutes drive from Brisbane city center, walking distance to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Large park just 200m walk away used as a cycle track and dog park with a skate park situated in the corner.

    The place is located in Fortitude Valley, Queensland, Australia. Fortitude Valley is a contradiction in itself – raw, yet sophisticated. It is where elegance and style meet grungy and offbeat, and heritage-listed properties proudly stand among contemporary buildings. The Valley, as it is affectionately known, was Australia’s first dedicated entertainment district and continues to be a hive of activity. Live music thrives and international DJs are drawn to the clubs and chic bars. The impressive Chinatown Mall is a hub of exotic Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. The Emporium complex channels a European village feel, James St showcases Australian fashion labels and Brunswick St is home to multicultural dining options. More recently, the Howards Wharf redevelopment at the base of the New Farm cliffs under the story bridge has recently opened. Not only do they offer a free bus shuttle service in the immediate area, a short three minute walk up Martin street will also deliver you to the elevators that take you directly there. If you haven’t been to Brisbane before then this is a must stop destination. 
At your doorstep, you will find a bakery, a chemist, doctors and Woolworths Supermarket, Bottle Shop, Subway Sandwiches with a variety of restaurant options.

  • Ο Γιώργος είναι πολύ φιλικός και η Πριγκίπισσα είναι πάντα παιχνιδιάρικη (κρατήστε τις κάλτσες σας κρυμμένες από αυτήν, αλλιώς θα την κυνηγάτε όλη την ημέρα: P). Είχε μια πολύ άνετη διαμονή, σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, επισκέφθηκε το CBD, South Bank, τοπικές αγορές και εμπορικά κέντρα με τα πόδια, πολύ βολικό. Σίγουρα θα συνιστούσατε όποιον επιθυμεί να εξερευνήσει την κεντρική Brisbane. Υπήρχαν και κουζίνες, αν θέλετε να μαγειρέψετε, όπως και εμείς. Αν βγαίνετε νωρίς, υπήρχαν δημητριακά, ενεργειακά μπαρ, τσάι / καφές κ.λπ. για να τα πιάσετε πριν βγείτε έξω, κάτι που είναι πολύ ωραίο άγγιγμα, που συνήθως δεν βλέπετε με άλλα airbnb. Εν κατακλείδι, είχαμε μια όμορφη διαμονή και δεν θα διστάσει να μείνουμε και πάλι, CHEERS !!!

    A beautiful private self contained space situated close to all Brisbane has to offer. Shops,restaurants, Roma street bus and train station, central train station are with in 10 min walking distance as is the city. Outstanding location with your own back yard
    The space is your own self comtained area with own access. The location is a 10 minute walk to the city beside Roma Street Parklands and a 20 minute pleasant walk to Suncorp Stadium if your planning to see a concert. We are very close to St Andrews Hospital as a landmark if looking on the map. If coming from the airport catch the air train and disembark at Central Station....walk up little Edward Street and turn left into Leichardt St or catch an uber taxi to Spring Hill around $29.00. However the best option is to pre-book the bus service from Con-x-ion and let the driver know you would like to be dropped off at Summit Apartments on Leichhardt St. The bus stop at the top of the street is where Con-x-ions will drop you off and pick you up to go back to the airport. Walk down the street to number 24 and your here! Cost is 18.00 each way per person which is convenient and less expensive than the train or taxi.     Spring Hil is a great little suburb, it overlooks Brisbane being on the top of a hill. The area has 4 great cafes for breakfast and lunch. Everything is very central and 7/11 / IGA is close by as are restaurants and cafés. There are two swimming pools located in Spring Hill and the area is very safe. There are a lot of international students that stay in this area as we are without the noise of the city and the feel of a funky suburb :) If you're headed to the city it is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town travelling through Roma Street Parkland or straight down the hill to King Georges Square which is a good landmark. If your visiting hospitals, either the Brisbane Private, St Andrews War Memorial or Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital they are all very close. We are also a 20 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium should you be attending a concert or the footy. My partner is a lawyer and Qld supporter and I live the Blues We hope we have given you a bit of an idea about the area and surrounds and hope you'll love Spring Hill as much as we do :)

    GREAT unit with cute little balcony . The unit may be small but it is in the most sort after suburb of Brisbane - free hopper ferry to take you to the city, South bank and other great ports. I stay here when not booked to unwind and have a mini holiday. No road noise just the river.
    While unit is small and compact it is great price, in I feel best suburb of Brisbane. Huge gym to work out in. Cafe on site and many comfortable sitting areas in the complex. Beautiful parks and river walks. You can create simple meals in compact kitchenette or eat out at the most amazing restaurants to suit all price ranges.
    No road noise and best suburb in Brisbane that's what I think everything at your door step.
