A night out in the entertainment district is minutes walk away, access to the city is easy whether it be a quick short walk, bus at the door or even via one of the unique LIME ride share scooters that are readily available - you will find the location ideal for leisure, exploring or a business stay. As for the apartment, the bright and airy comfortable space provides all the comforts of a home away from home. A flat-screen TV in the lounge complete with free access to NETFLIX with another TV in the bedroom/s, a fully self-contained kitchen with a variety of essentials to make your stay comfortable - including a cooktop, microwave, cookware, tupperware and all the essentials. A desk for your laptop and a table and chairs on the balcony for meals is provided as well as a washer and dryer and all complimentary accompaniments to make your stay comfortable. This includes a small stocked pantry with everyday items, tea, coffee and other commonly used items- all free for your use. There is also a fridge and dishwashing facilities.
The bathroom is ideal to rest your tired muscles if you've been out and about exploring. 
The sizeable balcony with amazing views is ideal while you enjoy a refreshing drink to people watch or to enjoy the view. Reverse cycle air conditioning is available as well as a code operated safe for you to store your valuables/passport etc during your stay. Hi-speed unlimited wifi has been installed and complimentary access to NETFLIX is available on the main TV. Other things to note Security. Please be mindful of locking the door upon exiting and leaving the apartment. This also includes the balcony door. 
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
 As this apartment is privately owned and managed as an AIRBNB, the hotel reception staff DO NOT respond to any issue in relation to the apartment - please contact me directly if there are any concerns.

The place is located in Fortitude Valley, Queensland, Australia. Fortitude Valley is a contradiction in itself – raw, yet sophisticated. It is where elegance and style meet grungy and offbeat, and heritage-listed properties proudly stand among contemporary buildings. The Valley, as it is affectionately known, was Australia’s first dedicated entertainment district and continues to be a hive of activity. Live music thrives and international DJs are drawn to the clubs and chic bars. The impressive Chinatown Mall is a hub of exotic Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. The Emporium complex channels a European village feel, James St showcases Australian fashion labels and Brunswick St is home to multicultural dining options. More recently, the Howards Wharf redevelopment at the base of the New Farm cliffs under the story bridge has recently opened. Not only do they offer a free bus shuttle service in the immediate area, a short three minute walk up Martin street will also deliver you to the elevators that take you directly there. If you haven’t been to Brisbane before then this is a must stop destination. 
At your doorstep, you will find a bakery, a chemist, doctors and Woolworths Supermarket, Bottle Shop, Subway Sandwiches with a variety of restaurant options.

  • Ο Γιώργος είναι πολύ φιλικός και η Πριγκίπισσα είναι πάντα παιχνιδιάρικη (κρατήστε τις κάλτσες σας κρυμμένες από αυτήν, αλλιώς θα την κυνηγάτε όλη την ημέρα: P). Είχε μια πολύ άνετη διαμονή, σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, επισκέφθηκε το CBD, South Bank, τοπικές αγορές και εμπορικά κέντρα με τα πόδια, πολύ βολικό. Σίγουρα θα συνιστούσατε όποιον επιθυμεί να εξερευνήσει την κεντρική Brisbane. Υπήρχαν και κουζίνες, αν θέλετε να μαγειρέψετε, όπως και εμείς. Αν βγαίνετε νωρίς, υπήρχαν δημητριακά, ενεργειακά μπαρ, τσάι / καφές κ.λπ. για να τα πιάσετε πριν βγείτε έξω, κάτι που είναι πολύ ωραίο άγγιγμα, που συνήθως δεν βλέπετε με άλλα airbnb. Εν κατακλείδι, είχαμε μια όμορφη διαμονή και δεν θα διστάσει να μείνουμε και πάλι, CHEERS !!!

    three bedrooms unit. Cleaning and tidy. two bedrooms with single bed for rent. per room $40 per night for one person. $25 per night for extra person in the same bedroom. no kids pleas饿because there are people living in the first floor. 6 mins walking to 330 bus stop, 25 mins to the city CBD. 15 mins walking to bus exchange station in Chermside Shopping Centre. there are lots of restaurants open till 9pm in the center. if you want to have beautiful food and fun it is the one. wakling ten mins only.

Situated across from Peace Park at Brighton, which has great walking tracks and only a short 15 minute walk to the beach. Close by is public transport with a bus stop 80 metres from the front door and an eight minute bus ride to Sandgate Railway Station. Once booked, Check-in instructions are on the app.

    Enjoy North Brisbane and Moreton Bay from a private unit. It’s super roomy; very comfortable for up to two week stays. The unit is self-contained with bathroom, fridge and cooking facilities, washing machine, internet and television. Access is independent so you can come and go as you like. Enjoy your morning cuppa in the private garden, or go for a stroll down to the Brighton foreshore.
    Find the bottle tree, and you've found the place. The private entrance is down the left of the property through white gate. Ample street parking is available for vehicles.
    Great sunrise and sunsets, coffee shop, bakery, local convenience store, doctors, gym, bus stops all within a few hundred metres.

    Our home is a 3-bedroom home, based in a hilly and breezy suburb. Your room has a king single bed, fan, hanging space and desk and chair. It is clean and cool. A cafe and pizza restaurant are at the bottom of our street. We are 5-min drive to Prince Charles Hospital, a 30-minute bus-ride into the city, or a 20-minute drive to the Brisbane airport. The bus stops are within walking distance. We are a relaxed and friendly couple and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.
    There are 3 bedrooms in our home but we use one as an office. You will be the only guest.
    We live on a hill on the northside of Brisbane. This means we get a breeze! We are very close to Westfield Shopping Centre at Chermside, the Prince Charles Hospital, not far from the airport and easy access to the highway going to the Sunshine Coast.

    Comfortable king single bed in modern family home close to trains and the highways both North and South. Reverse cycle air conditioned. For stays longer than 7 nights please send us an enquiry. Thanks Wifi included. Usually flexible check in and check out.
    We love living in our high set modern Queenslander where we can sit outside and enjoy the breeze on a hot day. The house has reverse cycle aircon. Sam loves his garden and which provides us with bananas, papayas, guavas, citrus as well as vegetables. Rainbow Lorrikeets visit daily to be fed. We're a close 10 minute walk to the sea, cafes, shops and parks. We enjoy biking along the bikeways through the wetlands or along the sea shore.
    It is a ten minute walk or a one stop train ride to the beautiful seashore where you can enjoy a walk to the Shorncliffe pier, enjoy cafes. A ride on a bike on the wetlands or foreshore bikeways is always pleasant. Supermarkets are nearby other shops, cafes, resturants, banks etc. Our home is beside a park in a very pleasant environment.

    Beautiful modern home with tiled floors, new kitchen, study, sunroom and utility room with lots of storage. This 128 s.m home is the perfect place for an overnight stay with accommodation for up to 5 people!! The location is absolutely great. On one side a 5 min walk to the main shopping centre and on the other a 5 min car ride to the beautiful Suttons beach. A truly great location!
    The kitchen consists of a modern electrical stove, an oven, range hood and a connected island with multiple storage spaces for lovers of cooking. The next area is the dining connected straight to the kitchen. This is a huge area that has a lounge, smart tv and soon to be NETFLIX (available in 24hours) and much much more. This house also includes a study room! A very spacious study room with a desk, cupboards and a lot of areas to set up on your own. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, with a washing machine. The utility room is absolutely massive! There is a very large bedroom/ utility room with a spacious queen sized bed and a bunk bed consisting of a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. There is also a huge backyard and much much more. Please see the picture of the floor plan for more information.
    This place is situated in a perfect location. A 5min wall to the mall/the main shopping Centre with cinemas, shops and much more. A 5 min car ride is all it takes to go to the beautiful Sutton’s beach, Redcliffe/Scarborough beach and the woodypoint beach. It is a Great location surrounded by water.

    My home will hopefully feel like your home away from home. As can be expected from a house of this age, it has its quirks. I may or may not be fully finished painting the exterior (bigger job than I expected. I don't yet have WiFi. My apologies if this is a deal breaker for you. I do however have very comfortable couches to watch exciting free-to-air tv. There is free street parking available if you are driving. The driveway is not wide enough to park a number of vehicles in unfortunately.
    Your room during your stay contains a comfy double bed. Towels and linen provided. Spare pillows and duvet / doona and linen available in the drawers in your room if required. My home is very close to the shops (IGA, Dominos, 7-11 etc). Chermside shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away. Sandgate is 10 mins the other way. The city is 20 mins drive or around 20-30 mins on the train.
    Zillmere is a suburb thats pretty interesting. Its ethnically diverse. I've found it relatively quiet. There are certainly some interesting people around if you head up to the IGA after 8pm.

    Nestled beneath a 100 year old 'Queenslander' house, our light and breezy two bedroom flat is only a ten minute walk to shops, cafes, parks, public transport and the beautiful Moreton bay. Features a well appointed kitchen and private patio.
    The apartment has everything that you will need to feel at home for either a short or extended stay. The space has been architecturally designed to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is light and airy while offering a leafy outlook and ample privacy. There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a queen sized bed (153 x 203 cm) and the second with a standard single sized bed (92 x 187 cm). A folding camp bed can be provided for an extra child if needed (please let us know before you arrive). There is also a portable cot for infants.
    Sandgate is a thriving seaside village of beautiful sub-tropical Brisbane. It has a vibrant community feel, lots of local events, great restaurants, bars and live music. We highly recommend a dinner at Il Forno Pizza restaurant and a drink or two at one of the local bars. For families with children, there are several playgrounds within a few minutes walk. The nearby lagoons provide a great place for nature watching, and nothing beats finishing a weekend with fish and chips on the waterfront while watching the moon come up. Although the waterfront is tidal sand flats it is a great place for fishing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddle boarding, cycling, walking or jogging. The house is located in a picturesque 'character street' that features many classic examples of early 1900's 'Queensland' architecture. One end of the street affords ocean views while the other looks over the Brisbane City and beyond.

    Newly renovated studio in separate downstairs area of house. You have your own entrance, bed/living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and secluded shady patio. Room is light, airy and spacious, and lovely and cool in summer. Easy access by car with street parking available, or by public transport from Brisbane city and airport (train station is 5 min walk). Just two stops by train to Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Fast food and other takeaways are a 5 min walk or 15 min walk to Sandgate village.
    My home is a traditional highset Queensland house in a quiet street just outside the bayside village of Sandgate. I live on the first floor upstairs; the available accommodation is completely separate and private on the ground floor. It comprises a large, well-furnished bedroom with double bed (and room for a mattress on the floor for the kids if required) and lounge space; drawers and hanging space; private ensuite bathroom with shower, towels & toiletries; kitchenette with tea/coffee facilities (fresh milk and coffee machine), microwave, fridge, crockery and basic cooking utensils. Alternatively, take a 15 minute stroll into Sandgate village (or hop on the train) to explore additional cafes, restaurants and wine bars, and a variety of gift and boutique stores, as well as stroll along the breezy waterfront.
    Sandgate is a lovely little seaside village about 25km north of Brisbane. It is a 15 minute walk away (or one stop on the train) making its shops, restaurants, winebars and breezy waterfront easily accessible. Brisbane itself is only 30 minutes away by car or train, and Redcliffe and Westfield Chermside are both also easily accessible by car or bus. My home is close to major highway access making it an ideal stopover point for East coast travellers; it also means Gold and Sunshine Coasts are both just one hour away, and Brisbane airport just 25 minutes.

Public transport is very easily accessible, bus is just steps away-right outside our complex and train station is just 5 minutes away. Taigum Village(shopping centre) is just 200 meter away with few restaurants, ALDI, Coles, SUBWAY etc.

Its modern private room with a superb comfortable queen bed (please note there is no air-con in the room).     Taigum is a very good suburb, just 14 kms away from city, bit quite and wonderful people around. Our complex is very close to SUBWAY, Coles, ALdi, restaurants, just 200 meters away. Bus stop is just outside complex and train station is 5 minutes away. Close to parks, walking tracks!!!

    Part of the attraction of Nudgee Beach is that it is a little hidden gem by the bay yet only 10 minutes from the Airport, Shopping Centres and Restaurants. Brisbane City is only 25 minutes away making it is an awesome place for that getaway or overnight stay. The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests on a queen bed in the bedroom and a double fold out divan in the living area. A continental breakfast pack & fruit juice are included and there is a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and coffee pods
    The 1930s cottage is renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The rear door opens out onto the pool deck and the Morton Bay foreshore is about 120 meters away with no roads to cross. There is also the iconic Pam's cafe (closed Tuesdays) across the road. Great for coffee, burgers and fish and chips and other meals.
    Nudgee Golf Club with its two golf courses is only 4 minutes drive away. There are also many kilometers of bicycle trails in the area. The huge park adjacent has free gas barbecues alongside Morton Bay and a fully covered children play area.

    This area is perfect for just an overnight or short stay for guests passing through Brisbane or on their way home by air. With normal traffic conditions it's about 25 minutes by taxi/Uber to the airport. Just note that if you are walking from the station or bus stop, there’s a very steep hill to walk up, not good on a hot day!It’s difficult with a big bag because the footpath also runs out. Just let me know if you are arriving this way and I may be able to pick you up.
    The space is small, but very light filled and has a very private porch directly outside with views of the garden. We do not supply breakfast as such, but there’s a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, small fridge and kettle. There is also milk, tea , coffee pods and banana bread or a lovely cafe an easy walk away called “Brisbean”. The garden itself is accessible and pleasant to take a walk around with a pond, chicken house and possibly two little friendly, curious Pomeranians to keep you company ! We also welcome your dog if he/she is small and well behaved. They are allowed inside the room as small dogs are usually used to being inside and there is a grass area just outside for them to do their business. We would appreciate it if you picked up the doo doos because others including ourselves also use that area ! The area is fenced so there is no problem with escapees. We keep our dogs separate if you do bring yours, it is just quieter and safer for all .
    Our neighbourhood is quiet, leafy, family and dog friendly, perfect for taking a walk around if you don't mind hills ! There are great views of the city to be had and breezes in the evenings.

I also have another room listed on here with a Queen bed, that is next to this room. This is ideal for people who may require two rooms.
    Location: - 1.8km from Westfield Chermside (largest Westfield in Australia) - 1km from Geebung Train Station (20 mins to CBD) - 400m to bus stop that goes to Westfield Chermside interchange and anywhere from there. (20 minutes to CBD on bus) - About $25 uber to airport - 6.5km (10 minutes) to Brisbane Entertainment Centre My house is a warm, friendly, free place. Good vibes only. You can walk around naked (actually totally cool with nudity if it's your preference), sing loudly in the shower, laugh a lot... I'm an open book and don't mind at all.
    The house is close to Westfield Chermside which has everything. It's now the biggest shopping centre in Brisbane and largest Westfield in Australia. There's many lovely restaurants and places to eat at. Between the house and Westfield is mostly parks. The parks have fantastic walking/running tracks and outdoor exercise equipment. There's also a fantastic yoga studio just a couple of minutes walk from my door!

Sandgate Parkrun is on every Saturday morning at 7am along Flinders Pde. The Kite Shed is just an easy 2 minute stroll from the local shops which include an IGA minimart, pharmacy, bottle shop, post office, bakery, cafes and restaurants. We are ideally situated 7 minutes drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall. There is a bus service 2 minute walk away at the local IGA, along with a train station which is situated at Sandgate. Trains leave approximately every half hour into Brisbane. If you don't have a vehicle - uber or a local cabs are the way to go.

LOCAL ACTIVITES & ATTRACTIONS Explore the pristine, white sand beaches and clear waters across the bay at Moreton Island - Tangalooma. From June to November every year, humpback whales undertake a 10,000km annual migration from Antarctica to have a babymoon holiday along the Queensland coast. As the humpback whales make their way up the coast, they come in close to North Stradbroke Island and Moreton Island, making land-based whale watching from the lookouts possible – just bring binoculars for a closer look. Jump on the water with Brisbane Whale Watching from Redcliffe or the Tangalooma Whale Watch Cruises to see whales do their thing in the Moreton Bay Marine Park.
