Fresh lobster May to Thanksgiving. Locally caught lobster May 1st until the end of July. Gorgeous scenery, including the beach and harbour. The Lobster Pound includes a bar and ice cream shop.

I love this winery and it produces my favourite local wines, Tidal Bay and Quintessence Red. A beautiful tasting room and balcony, this is the perfect place to spend an afternoon eating charcuterie and drinking local libations.

You would never know from the roadside what incredible sights smells and tastes are to be had here. Organic, hand made jams, jellies, vinegars and oils, not to mention the tea house and incredible gardens to tour.

This historic shipping community also has “I Scream” ice cream shop, the fantastic Village Coffee House and Crystany’s gluten-free restaurant with a fabulous roof top balcony.
