Honestly one of the best croissants and pain au chocolat! A bit of a walk (or bike), but definitely worth it. Also to have breakfast there is super nice.

Close to the house! A true gem in Amsterdam and well known by the locals, make sure to get early to avoid staying in line. Literally everything they sell is delicious. Their lemon pie is amazing and they have the best ' saucijzenbroodje' (sausage bread) in town, eat it warm! It's typical Dutch.

For the win: toasted banana bread at Ikaria or a cinnamon bun at Uncommon
