If you have not brought a bike with you this is the point of departure for your day out on the cycle trail. It's 13 miles of gentle cycling from the South to the North coast, taking you all the way to Portreath. Almost exclusively off road you'll pass nature, mining history and the odd pub making for a fabulous day out

Bike Chain Bissoe Bike Hire
If you have not brought a bike with you this is the point of departure for your day out on the cycle trail. If you have a bike your adventure literally starts here! Down the hill and turn right and you are already on the Bissoe Trail, which takes you all the way to Portreath. Turn left and you encounter a severe hill but this will take you to the King Harry Ferry-the gateway to St Mawes and the Roseland

Why bother taking the car to Falmouth? You won't find a parking space anyway! Jump on the baby train here (free parking) and 15 minutes later you're already right in the heart of Falmouth

3 minutes drive away from the Cottage-your local tiny little beach-fabulous spot for children to swim with calm, warm waters and a very gently sloping seabed. Cafe/Ice Creams/Watersport Hire available. Be sure to get there early (very early) as the parking can be a nightmare towards lunchtime.
