You first need to get to the old bulding Trojica and behind that bulding is the road that will lead you to top of the Vrmac where you can have best view on the hole Kotor Bay.

From my apetment you can go hiking to this place, it will take you 30-40 min or you can go by car, it will take 10min.

Bus lines through the town.
1.Bus line from Škaljari all the way to Risan every hour. ( price 2e). Best place to wait for this bus is in place Škaljari on bus stop that is in front of the supermarket Aroma. You can also wait for this bus on the bus stop that is located near the green market in Kotor or near Kamelija.
2.Bus line from old town all the way to Tivat every hour ( price 2e). Best place to wait for this bus is in font on the post office that is next to the traffic roundabout in Kotor. Cross the street.
3.You can find a free parking lot in place Škaljari or next to the swimming pool Zoran Dzimi Gopčević
