In the early mornings, there are different types of activities or exercises from Tai Chi @ Basketball Court ( Everyday except Saturday & Sunday ), Sula Chin ( Everyday except Sunday. The group wears blue T-shirts ), Bagua Walk or Walking around the tree ( Everyday except Sunday ), Physiotherapy Exercise ( Tues & Thurs Only ). There are also 2 big sets of children playground and there are exercise stations around the park.

Getting Around

If going to KL City Centre, will only take you about 30 mins ride, 15 mins to the main transport hub ( KL Sentral ) whereby you can take the ERL to KL International Airport Terminal 1 & 2. Only 20 mins to Central Market and China Town. If going the other way, you will go to the different big shopping malls in Subang Jaya ( Subang Parade, Empire, AEON Shopping, etc )
