Neversink Reservoir (Free DEP Access Pass Required)
Kayak the Neversink Reservoir. From deer along the shorelines to bald eagles soaring overhead, if you kayak, you should not miss this experience. Access to the reservoir and many great scenic locations require a free DEP access pass. Applying for an access pass takes about five minutes and is issued immediately for self-printing.

His culinary background is firmly rooted in his Brazilian upbringing and his horizon keeps expanding as a result of many trips around the world exploring different cuisines.
