On your way back you can have a beautiful walk through the vineyards down to the little city Uhlbach with ist very Swabian original culture restaurants or you walk back down the vineyards to the Neckar Valley to Untertürckheim U4 end station...
Automn is a special vineyard season you might see the grape harvest and starting in November the new wine called "Neuer Wein" can be tasted in "Besemwirtschaften" or Broomstick Inns which are run by several winegrowers around the Württemberg Hill area.... Super nice to relax from downtown and easy to reach from my home..
Rotenburg is the name of the the bus station and little city on the top of this hill, it is not an "Unterkunft" but invites everybody to have a splendid time within vineyards and its several restaurants....

In Stuttgart Ost, five minutes away from my home, the Villa Berg Park starts leading you to very nice spots like Villa Berg, Das Leuze a mineral Spa bath, the zoo WILHELMA in the Rosensteinpark or to the Schloßgarten the park in the middle of Stuttgart.... on your walk you will find little bars and restaurants and getting tired you can stop your walk and to take a lift with the U-train or bicycle or E-bikes or E-Roller if you are a member...

walking strait on (direction to the WILHELMA Zoo within the Rosensteingarten) passing it you can even walk up to the KILLESBERG PARK....
