Sightseeing
The Williamsburg Bridge is a suspension bridge in New York City across the East River connecting the Lower East Side of Manhattan at Delancey Street with the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn at Broadway near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (Interstate 278). Completed in 1903, it was the longest suspension bridge span in the world until 1924.
The bridge is one of four toll-free vehicular bridges connecting Manhattan Island and Long Island. The others are the Queensboro Bridge to the north, and the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges further downtown. The Williamsburg Bridge once carried New York State Route 27A and was planned to carry Interstate 78, though the planned I-78 designation was aborted by the cancellation of the Lower Manhattan Expressway and Bushwick Expressway.

Cafe
the West coffeehouse and bar serves specialty espresso and coffee from several local roasters by day and seasonally inspired cocktails, 14 rotating craft beers on tap, and wine by night. We've got a great work atmosphere and wifi for work, and a fully stocked tap for play. We're open everyday from 7am to 2am, in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
For those who want a great cup of coffee (something local, not Starbucks). Recommend their coffee, grilled cheese and avocado toast. Located less than 2 blocks from my place. They have free wifi, serve beers and wine in afternoons and evenings too.

Food scene
Peter Luger is one of the best steakhouses in all of New York. Patrons can most assuredly expect to receive top quality meats and service. The steaks are cooked to perfection, promise to give good value for your money. Moreover, the overall experience is made all the more memorable with amiable and friendly services at the restaurant. Do not forget to check out their daily specials.
If you love steak, you should not miss out on Peter Lugar's. This iconic steak house is worth visiting. Although a bit loud, pricey and very busy, this is the place to splurge on an excellent meal. I highly recommend their sizzling steaks and creamed spinach. If you don't like waiting long to be seated (like me), I would recommend getting an early dinner reservation, around 4pm, then walk off the calories over the Brooklyn Bridge. Only downside is it's all cash, no credit cards accepted.
