There are many great restaurants at Disney Springs. It is convenient to the condo and free to park there. Lake Buena Vista is close to Runaway Beach Club (basically in and around the Disney Springs area). Disney Springs has many wonderful restaurants --- make reservations by using the Disney dining site.
There are also many other good restaurants in this area. You can use the Open Table site for a lot of the restaurant reservations – it is a good site.
“Disney Springs is an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment complex at the Walt Disney World Resort.” If you like to shop (or window shop), you’ll enjoy this attractive shopping and restaurant zone, which also offers some great FREE entertainment. It is close-by, free and has restaurants, shops (including huge Disney and LEGO stores), and movies. The entire family will enjoy eating at T-Rex and Rainforest Café. Other restaurants include House of Blues, Fulton’s Crab House, Wolfgang Puck (and Wolfgang Puck Express), Raglan Road Irish Pub, Portobello Country Italian Trattoria, Paradiso 37, and Planet Hollywood. Reservations recommended at the more popular restaurants (such as Rainforest Café). Or go at off-hours. Expect a wait during peak hours. This is a great way to have the Disney experience. No entrance fee, no parking fees. It’s quite nice and a pleasant place to stroll in the evenings. You can also catch Disney transportation from Disney Springs to the Disney resort hotels, where there are additional restaurants.
Parking is complimentary in the lots surrounding Disney Springs. Look for signs directing you to available parking. After 5:00 PM weekdays and on weekends, find additional parking in adjacent lots across the street.

An attraction unto itself, Celebration is the master-planned town developed by Disney. There's a nice little downtown area with great restaurants (like the Columbia and Celebration Town Tavern) and several specialty shops. From the main entrance, turn left on Calypso Cay Way, then left on Poinciana Boulevard. Turn right on Irlo Bronson Memorial Parkway (192), and go 2.3 miles where you'll turn left on Celebration Avenue. After about a mile and a half, you'll come to the middle of downtown Celebration. There are several parking lots and some street parking as well.

From the main entrance, turn left on Calypso Cay Way, then left on Poinciana Boulevard. Turn right on Irlo Bronson Memorial Parkway (192), and go 2.3 miles where you'll turn left on Celebration Avenue. After about a mile and a half, you'll come to the middle of downtown Celebration. There are several parking lots and some street parking as well.
Driving Directions to Disney World from the Condo:
It is an easy drive to Disney World. The condo is 3.5 miles from Disney World property, but since Disney World is quite large, the distance to drive anywhere depends on where you are going. As soon as you enter Disney World property, there are signs everywhere directing you. The closest parks to the condo are Epcot Center, which is 6.7 miles from the condo and Hollywood Studios, which is 6.8 miles. Magic Kingdom is 10.3 miles. Parking at Disney World is $25 per car (however, this fee is subject to change). You will be given a receipt and it is good all day at any of the various Disney theme parks.

2. Take the 1st right onto N Poinciana Blvd and go under W. Osceola Pkway (go .2 miles)
3. Turn left onto Vineland Rd. (go 1.4 miles)

For all other destinations I drive the first route. Hollywood Studios is probably not that different either way. But you may have preference.
