Probably the most notorious sight seeing spot in Bristol, Clifton Suspension Bridge sits over the Avon Gorge and is well worth a visit if you haven't been. Clifton Downs is a lovely big open space and next to Clifton Village which has a lot of lovely restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Cotham is a really nice area. Just off White Ladies road which goes up towards Bristol University and Clifton Village. It's nearby to Stokes Croft which lies next to the City Centre which is a cultural hub with lots of pubs, clubs and restaurants.
