Local Produce and Farm Markets

One of the great things about our area is the agriculture. We have some of the best produce, fruit, dairy, cheese and meats right off the farm. this is a list of our favorite ones. the ones that are further away, everything in the country is far away, but its usually a fun trip a few of these as a destination. with interesting stops along the way. There are a few really nice berry and fruit picking destinations, just make sure the fruit your looking for is in season.

Today would be the perfect day to paddle or float some of the upper parts of the East Branch Conococheague. Share this with your fellow paddlers, people often ask where to put in and get out, well here's a list of bridges starting from Scotland pond across from Green Township Park and the milage from that point to the first bridge in Maryland. This is bridge to bridge, there are other exits and access points but these are the easiest for people that haven't paddled these areas, you can plan your paddle based on a speed of 2.5mph, if you are tubing and just floating base your trip on 1mph,
