This is a nice beach with bathrooms and a large parking lot. 9.6 miles from the house on highway 12 across from Bodie Island Lighthouse entrance on Coquina Beach Road.

Great place to hike and fly kites. There is a beach with small parking lot on West Sound Road just .7 miles from the house that is great for kids because the water is shallow.
