Waterfalls
The Presque Isle River that runs behind the cabin feeds into the Yondota Falls. They are a series of falls, so be sure you to see them all. The trailhead is off of US-2 on CR 523. Turn North on CR 523 and travel approximately 3 ¼ miles.

Potawatomi Falls is just upstream of Gorge Falls and is reached from the same parking area. Potawatomi is the name of one of the native tribes. This waterfall is wheelchair accessible. Gorge Falls is just a short walk away.

Black River RoadPotawatomi Falls is just upstream of Gorge Falls and is reached from the same parking area. Potawatomi is the name of one of the native tribes. This waterfall is wheelchair accessible. Gorge Falls is just a short walk away.
Personally, I think this is the best waterfall in the Upper Peninsula. A short drive East on M-28 to Bruce Crossing. Then take Highway US 45 to the town of Paulding. You will find the waterfall 2.5 miles East of Paulding on Bond Falls Road. Walk the well marked and cultivated trails to the waterfall.

Bond Falls RoadPersonally, I think this is the best waterfall in the Upper Peninsula. A short drive East on M-28 to Bruce Crossing. Then take Highway US 45 to the town of Paulding. You will find the waterfall 2.5 miles East of Paulding on Bond Falls Road. Walk the well marked and cultivated trails to the waterfall.

Plenty of parking for sleds. Right on Lake Gogebic. Nice menu options and full bar. The owners run the place and they are super friendly! The shirts are pretty cool here too! They have a fuel station here.
