On Saturdays, Avoid travel by car on Duck Rd due to traffic
On Saturdays and often parts of Sunday during the summer season, the Duck Rd holds all the traffic coming in and going out from northern points like Corolla and can be extremely slow moving. When you're in Duck, it's better to travel by foot to the many shops and restaurants.
