Bozeman definitely has a great food scene these days! Please be sure and reach out directly if looking for something specific or needing more suggestions.
***I'd highly recommend calling restaurants in advance to ensure they're open and potentially make a reservation. Many local restaurants have been hit hard through the pandemic and are short staffed. An extra dose of kindness and patience will go a long way!***

Day hikes
GVLT (https://gvlt.org/trails/trail-map/) is a great resource for local trails and trail etiquette. A few friendly reminders:
-Stay on the trails
-Be respectful of wildlife and keep your distance
-Respect private property
-Be courteous to other trail users
-Stay right, except when passing
-Keep the trail litter free
-Avoid using the trail wet conditions. Maybe pick a paved path in instead or hike early in the morning when trails are still frozen.
-Pick up your dog's waste
-Leash dogs except in designated off-leash areas
The M is a popular, easily accessible hike about a 10 minute drive away. Take the steep way for a workout or stroll up the longer route. Great views of the valley at the top!
