ake a scenic drive through the historic Hollywood Hills just steps away from Runyon Canyon and minutes from the Hollywood Sign. Majestic mountains of Hollywood and beautiful sunsets. The property is located in a highly desirable neighborhood! We are minutes from the world-famous event center Hollywood Bowl, The Ford, Palladium, and the Pantages Theatre. The entertainment hub Universal Studios, which offers a fantastic family theme park, booming, chic nightlife, premier shopping, and restaurants, and Harry Potter World is also minutes away!
Should you care to walk, There are stairs leading Cahuenga blvd. where you can find a Starbucks and other restaurants. Walk down Treasure Trail and take a left20 on Woodrow Wilson. The stairs are past the school on your right. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WALK DOWN CAHUENGA IN EITHER DIRECTION. IT'S NOT SAFE - there are no sidewalks and a lot of traffic. Please only use the route I have just given you if you want to walk the neighborhood to Ventura Blvd.
You can also avoid the parking fiasco at Runyon Canyon by walking there! Turn left at Woodrow Wilson, pass the stairs and keep going uphill. Take Pacific View Drive all the way up to the top of the hill until you reach Mulholland then make a right. Be careful on Mulholland drive and stay close to the should of the road. Runyon is less than a 1/4 mile west.
