Disc golf is a flying disc sport in which players throw a disc similar to a frisbee at a target; it is played using rules similar to golf. A full outing takes you on a 2.5 mile hike through the historic Angeles National forest where players often see hawks, deer, and more wildlife. Fun for everyone (recommended 10 and older) but no age requirement. Course is now #3 in the State. If your feeling more adventurous and have older kids or you’re looking to save money, you can drive past Mt. This is my husbands favorite place to eat. He says the chicken fried steak is the best. I love all the decorations on the ceiling and around the room. So much to look at makes for a great I Spy game with the kids while your waiting for your food. Surprise there’s a pool table in the back.

How not to get a parking ticket. Safety

Please be aware of no parking signs around town, on Hwy 2, on private property and in snow play areas. A lot of visitors think “well, there’s lots of other cars parked here under the no parking sign, I guess it’s okay?” That’s how you get a $150 ticket. I’ve seen a police officer give about 15 tickets to people parked along the road who were playing in the snow. Not fun!!!! See my snow play guide or stay at our AirBnB property for free snow play.
