Furnishings from Pilgrim times show aspects of daily life, while events involving the Pilgrims themselves are illustrated with a collection of sixteenth and seventeenth-century maps and engravings.

Trains are the fastest way to get around the region. The tulip fields can be reached by bus, but the season is short: March and April. For everything else, there is the bicycle, which is the fastest and cheapest way to get around the area.
