Kids and Cleaning
The Pearl is not designed for unsupervised children. There is bedroom carpet, high end furnishings, and uncovered light sockets. We welcome kids who are well behaved and who's parents demonstrate attention to their supervision. Not all parental guests have provided the attention necessary to insure The Pearl is left as it is found. Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning due to children not fully supervised will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $50. Please pay attention to your kids and teach them how to be respectful of other's property. Thank you.
