Kincaid Park consists of 1400 acres of rolling, forested hills and beautiful scenery. You can walk, run, bike and X country ski here. You can see views of Mt. Susitna across Cook Inlet; Fire Island; Denali and t. Foraker to the north. This is also a great place to watch the sunset.

Enjoy Jewel Lake which is within walking distance of the unit. Two kayaks/oars, with life jackets are provided for guests to put in a vehicle and use at the lake. This lake is great for families. There's a beach playground, ball field, sand volleyball pit, pavilion and grill with a large parking area. It's stocked with fish. Two sides of the lake are privately owned. The South and East ends both have lake access and parking. The South side is the fishing side. Everything else is on the East side. It's an excellent place for small summer family gatherings.
