Days out with the kids
Get up close and personal with this experience. We love taking the grandchildren here. Folly Farm and Oakwood are also favourites but out little grandchildren love to feed the wallabies , stroke the giant rabbits, goats and sheep. This is a place where on a nice day you can pack a picnic and stay for the day. There are more exotic animals also and a green area surrounding the manor house where the children can run free , play and climb the wooden carved dragon on a platform where parents can see them .

Manor Wildlife Park

Top tip : Park at Coppet Hall and walk across the flat coastal pathway to the pub . Parking can be chaos in summer months

A great local pub. If you want to find a local this is where we wind down the stress levels after work. They serve food outside on the many beachside tables overlooking the bay . Nice selection of ice-creams and pancakes. We love the knickerbocker glory, but the kids love the pancakes with various fillings.

This is my favourite place for breakfast. Great vegetarian options and a good mix of savoury and sweet. Thier pancakes and waffles are a treat for the kids with a long beach walk afterwards to walk off the sugar rush !!
