HOV and highway 1
Using the HOV entrance and exit up 156 street to quickly get to downtown using highway 1, you will arrive in just around 20minutes. HOV lane is reserved for vehicles with 2 or more people, there for to avoid being pulled over or ticketed make sure you have two or more people in the vehicle and remember to slow down when exiting the highway coming back :)
