Parede beach is a very attractive beach that is a 2-minute walk from the apartment and frequented mostly by families living in Parede. The esplanades and their sheltered position from the winds are its main attraction.

The Morais Park and Garden, located in the historic center of Parede, was, at the beginning of the 20th century, owned by Domingos José de Morais, industrialist who owned the factory "Portugal e Colónias".
From the garden of his house, there are traces of a formal garden, of grass beds, rose bushes and lively herbs, flanked by a trellis that shades some garden benches. It was acquired for the public, becoming what is now Parque Morais, opened in 1934.
The Park is currently equipped with a refurbished children's playground, a pine forest with a picnic area, a pond with poultry, a kiosk and a large lawn, so the Morais Park promises a few hours well spent outdoors.
A very pleasant leisure space, which, although not very extensive, is very well maintained.

The beach of Carcavelos extends from the entrance of Carcavelos to the Forte de São Julião da Barra, integrating two small sands: Praia do Moinho, next to the Forte. Despite being the longest stretch of sand on the Estoril Coast, it is common for the beach to be crowded on summer days, even during the week.
The Oceanic Pool consists of two water planes, fed from the sea. One for children with 330 m2 and 40 cm of depth and one for adults with an approximate area of 1500 m2 and a depth between 1.2 and 2 meters. The diving platform has four boards of 0.70 cm, 2 m, 5 m and 7.5 m. (for safety reasons, lifeguards may close one or more diving platforms)
The swimming pool has changing rooms, sun loungers and parasols. A support bar is also open, under concession, where you can have meals. It is expressly forbidden the entry of any type of food, except bottles of water, in the entire pool area.
The Oeiras Oceanic Swimming Pool is suitable for the disabled.

Located in front of Parede beach, on Travessa Barbosa de Magalhães, O Toscano has an excellent view of the sea, and on colder days, a cozy atmosphere provided by a rustic fireplace.
Wood is the base of the decoration and some antique furniture helps to create atmosphere.
The secret of the success of «Toscano» does not only lie in the quality of the dishes prepared by the chef Francisco Barros, it also results from the friendliness with which the team receives.
