Even Better sunsets!! Park across the street at Kitty Hawk kites and crossed pedestrian cross path at the light. It’s a much shorter walk than parking at the state park. Go early and make sure to take your water bottle! 💦

Nice spot to listen to live music on the weekends and sit outside to catch the sunset and have a drink. They also have a nice restaurant, reservations may be necessary especially during Summer

I understand this is a weird recommendation but the sunsets will be killer and it’s a very cool Gold Leed certified building to look around. (You can not go inside)
Also some good birding if you’re into that sort of thing. About a 30 minute drive from the apartment. Hit up downtown Manteo before or after catching a sunset here!
