Kilwins has wonderful chocolates and other delectables. You can sometimes watch them making their treats right in the store. They also have a wonderful ice cream store. When we go out for dinner, we often end up there for desert. A great selection of ice creams and sorbets. Try out the Portsmouth Mud. It is delicious!

This is our go to place for pizza. The margherita pizza and the four cheese are our favorites. The restaurant makes its own doughs. There is also a bread shop attached to the restaurant which has more than just breads, which you should definitely check out. When Pig's Fly has more than pizza though. Our personal favorite addition to the menu are the crispy brussels sprouts. They definitely have a kick to them! They have wonderful additions to the menu every day, so do ask.

Different menus upstairs and outside. Upstairs is a more upscale grill. A stripped down grill menu is served outside on the deck. A good place for a good time.

One will also find guides often dressed in period clothing and they are all very knowledgeable. The grounds themselves are a nice stroll too. During the holidays there are many special events. We love to cook and bake. We also love to buy kitchen gadgets to enhance our culinary experience. This place is just wonderful. It has unique chocolates and baking decorations too. The iridescent sprinkles of real sugar in many different colors make our cakes and cookies shine. Our nine year old loves mixing the sprinkles for different effects. When was the last time you saw and purple and gold Christmas cookies? Thanks to Le Roux it was at our house last year. We can hardly wait to go back to see what other new things they have.
