Great burgers, even have a vegetarian portabella burger. Its cafeteria style where you order a gourmet burger and seat yourself. They also serve beer and milkshakes made with real ice cream.

Juniper is excellent. Their chefs prepare 5* meals at a lower price because they are in Edwards. There is no view, but the food is superb. You will still drop about $100 for two people. Still, this is much less than Beaver Creek restaurants with the same caliber of food.

Alright, this is my favorite restaurant but uber expensive. It's up in Beaver Creek and the views are spectacular. A meal is spread out over several hours of fine dining and the best food I've ever had. It's very romantic and they have live piano on certain nights. It's about $200 plus for two people.

Great pizza and beer but terrible service at night and on the weekends. They are just too popular. Try them for lunch instead and sit at the bar and drop about $10 per person.

This is a full grocery store with prepared meals and quick snacks that can help to stretch your food budget. Don't miss their soups and salad bar. The soup is the best deal and they have 3 choices. They also are a full market and have great meat for the BBQ. Pricey but convenient.

They have the best gifts and specialize in Colorado made items from local artisans. They have a great sale area in the back. Also, during Christmas they have the most beautiful display of trees and decor.

Spectacular hike, but strenuous. Probably not open in winter.
Eagle Vail trail
On of my favorite, easy hikes through the aspens.
This trail is longer than the Eagle Vail trail and a better workout. It is about 14 miles total. It winds through the aspens.
East Lake Creek Trailhead
