I think they have the best tasting beer around - my opinion. The atmosphere is very friendly, especially if you wear plaid. And there's always a food truck parked out front if you get hungry. Most of the food trucks are pretty good.

This place is a quiet little hole-in-the-wall. When I want to go to a bar that's not too noisy and very close by, I walk down to The Republican. And the drinks are pretty reasonably priced.

Delicious and unique Vietnamese food that I've never been disappointed with. The only downside is that this location closes at 5pm.
