Good breakfast place. Their meals are mid-price range but you will be more than satisfied with their portion size and delicious food. I love their omelettes (that come with the best slice of toast you could wish for) and that they serve cream with their coffee.

Good solid Teriyaki within walking distance of the beach! We like to order takeout here and walk down to the water (Sunset Avenue), sit on the benches and watch the sunset while eating.

Alderwood is a wonderful Mall! It has been upgraded several times and has a constant influx of new stores. Nearby are two movie theaters, Target, and countless restaurants.

Sightseeing
This street provides a beautiful view of the ferry, sound, and, when the weather allows, Mt. Baker and the Olympics. You can walk there from the house, round trip about 2 miles. Warning about walking into downtown Edmonds: we live at the top of a hill so you get a bit of exercise when you walk, especially coming back home up the hill! The walk to sunset usually takes me about 45 minutes and that is accounting for time to pick up frozen yogurt or coffee on the way down the hill to enjoy on the walk.
