Quiet park very close to our house. Has a mile or so of walking trails. No dogs, strollers, or running. No pavement. It is kept quiet so as to not disturb the wildlife that lives here :)

National Forest Development Road 4200A close local hike that gets very high (watch the snow levels before you go) up for some gorgeous views. There is a fire look out tower at the top. Be ready for a workout and bring some water. Ripe blueberries are found in the right season! Strenuous.

Bring your running shoes, bikes, roller blades and take the trail through nature and small neighborhoods. Head north 20 miles to downtown Arlington shops and restaurants or south 20 miles for downtown Snohomish restaurants bars and shopping. Be sure not to leave any valuables on display in your vehicle.
