Yoda's Pagoda sits at the top of our farm located in the heart of North Carolina. French doors bring in lots of natural light into the cabin which has porch where you can sit and drink your morning coffee. There is a firepit and Adirondack chairs along with a pavilion with picnic tables. We offer farm tours to those who wish to learn about sustainable agriculture and you can take a stroll along throughout the property to see what we have growing. Sleeps 3 adults or a family with young children.
Our yurt (30ft. dia.) is rustic, beautiful, quiet, in deep woods with deck overlooking pond. Great for couples, small families (not childproof). Includes hot tub & Woodland Banners Poetry Walk. Beds are futons. It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Bath-house is 2-min. walk (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. SERIOUSLY NO PARTIES.
Our 20 foot diameter "glamping" tent is centered on a huge new platform replacing our beloved but worn out yurt. There is another mattress for kids or guests and queen bed and other homey furniture. It sits right on motes creek and has windows, roll up sides, mellow lighting and a little wood stove, as well as hammocks and a good fire pit outside. Enjoy the burble of the creek and the bright stars and the quiet walk to Saxapahaw and back! NOTE: It is hard to find at night so read directions
