This is a popular tourist destination with many excellent restaurants. Arras is the town from which a successful attack was launched against the German forces at Vimy Ridge. This a a very historic town and also has a large underground city which was built by the Romans. It is approximately 1.5 hours drive from our holiday cottage, Beau Soleil.

Arras is a must visit. Beautiful. Go inside the main town hall on the square and go down into the 70 miles of underground tunnels and secret underground WW1 and WW2 bases

Arras is an interesting old city with a number of nice restaurants. Have a look at the Guide Michelin website to see which restaurants currently have the best ratings. Arras is about 40 minutes by car from Neuvillette.
